We traveled 3.5 hours to meet family at this location, and the experience was extremely disappointing—especially considering how expensive it is to be there. Several game machines repeatedly malfunctioned, and attendants were either nowhere to be found or standing nearby on their phones instead of assisting customers. One told us we had to find a manager for assistance because that wasn’t their job. It was very clear that customer service is not a priority.

Main Event did not come to play — it came to dominate. From the moment we walked in, it was pure adrenaline, loud laughs, and zero dull moments. Bowling? Elite. Games? Addictive. Vibes? Straight-up undefeated. If you’re looking for a place that hits fun, chaos, and competition all at once, Main Event is the GOAT. 10/10 — would absolutely run it back.
We had such a great time at Main Event Beaumont! The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty to do for everyone. The kids loved the arcade and laser tag, and the adults got way too competitive in bowling 😂. Food came out fast and everything tasted great. Definitely a fun, easy place to spend a few hours with family or friends. We’ll be back for sure!
