The arcade itself is fantastic. Before going to play games though we wanted to eat. The service was awful. The waiter was more interested in playing around and trying to make jokes than actually serving our table. Took almost an hour and a half to get our food and when our food did come our order was wrong and something was missing. Took another 20 minutes for the missing item to finally come out. The food was awful. Pizza was either burnt or undercooked and chicken strips weren't cooked all the way. We will not be eating here again.

The BEST main event experience EVER! We usually go to the one in Dallas and it’s the typical play games, eat and go… This team was so hands on and showed us around the venue…truly tailoring a unique experience. Jay was walking in, hadn’t even clocked in yet and totally stopped to assist me at the kiosk and then again with the marvels Photo Booth. He was so selfless and helpful! JSTRO!!!!!!! Was absolutely AMAZING! He was so sweet to my family and truly made my lil man’s day! He was so helpful and just showed the utmost kindness personality and hospitality! AND HIS MUSIC IS SICK!!!! I absolutely love this team! Thank y’all.
We had an incredible time at main event! My son had a blast, and we also enjoyed a meal. Our wonderful waitress, Courtney, provided us with excellent customer service and she was very down to earth. I will definitely recommend this place if you need something to do in Beaumont!

Where do I begin...? A smile goes a long way. Don't expect one if you come here. My wife and I came to main event in beaumont, for the first time, with another couple for a double date. We eventually figured out how to begin, but there was no one to guide us when we arrived. We finally decided to rent a bowling lane for an hour and we're placed on the waitlist. So, we went to check on our queue and we were about 4 names down. We decided to eat food while we waited for our turn for a bowling lane. There was a sign that said to wait at host stand to be seated and that's what we did. Waited... and waited... and 15 minutes later we were sat at a table. When we ordered our food my wife and my friends wife both ordered mac and cheese and it came out cold. Not once. Not twice. No sir. But THREE TIMES. And to make matters worse we were never greeted with a smile or anything related to hospitality. NOT ONCE. We were comped for the mac and cheese, but that not what we were after. We just wanted our mac and cheese to be HOT!!? Apart from this I highly recommend the sunny side up burger 10/10. Following cold dinner, we continued to our bowling lane. Customer service was much better here. However we ordered an oreo shake and they said it would be out soon. We had 45 minutes on our lane remaining. AND 45 MINUTES IT TOOK. We completed our hour of bowling and still had not received our oreo shake. Wanna guess what happened next? Ding. Ding. Ding. They kindly comped our oreo shake. Again... NOT WHAT WE WERE AFTER! They finally made our oreo shake.... to go. However, it was not a milkshake anymore... it was luke-warm oreo milk. But I wasn't going to make it a big deal because it wasn't worth it at this point. Finally, we went to play laser tag and that was the best experience we had the whole night. The man running the laser tag area was amazing! I don't want to say that you shouldn't come here, because maybe it was just an off night. I honestly don't know. Our first experience was not a good one, so don't expect much.

Yesterday had my son birthdays and our pizza came out cold and they kept mess up the food ordered didn’t have a good hosting for the party them my bill came to $169.00 got home and look at my credit card they took more money off my card.
