Terrible experience and rude staff. We ordered two shakes, and the first one was made incorrectly. When my husband politely asked for the drizzle it was supposed to come with, the staff member actually sighed and acted annoyed. He even thanked her, and she just ignored him and turned away. For the way she reacted, you would’ve thought he was asking for something outrageous instead of what we were paying for. To top it all off, both shakes tasted off and weren’t blended well. Love marble slab but this one should be avoided at all costs.

Rude lady made me a cone, added extra scoops without my knowledge and it came out to 12 dollars, location needs new staff

Avoid this place at all costs!! The staff was on the phone serving us, and the Bathroom was supposedly put in order, but it wasn't. They are too lazy to clean the bathroom, so customers suffer while they are on their phones or just acting like they care. We left there with sticky hands and nowhere to wash them. Honestly I think there's a law regarding an establishment having bathrooms for customers so hopefully someone will sue them soon. Utterly disappointed!!

The girl who works in the evenings; 12/18 and 12/19 is horribly rude and she is the prime reason I will not go to that location ever again. Marble Slab….she probably needs some training in customer service.

We eat marble slab often, but first and last time at this location. My son said the ice cream tasted weird as well as the gummy bears. I went on and paid for both of our orders ($20). I too threw mine away. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt, and the brownie was horrible. The only thing that tasted good were the nuts and whip cream, even the cherry tasted like it had been sitting.
I literally should’ve just took $20 and put it in the dumpster.

Place was busy. So we waited about 15 minutes till it was our turn. Me and my kid were waiting and the two employees skipped us and served the people behind us in line. Then when the other lady got done with her order they both worked on the couple that was behind us.

I was forced to eat the most hideous mix of scoops ever because the cashier decided it was too much of an extraneous exercise to let me have two different flavored scoops without mixing them together. Proceeded to lie and tell me and my husband that “we don’t do that here” when we literally have come here almost every night and get our normal scoops. Just imagine what a cheesecake and birthday cake tastes like mixed together.

This place is run by the most disrespectful disgusting people ever. They care nothing at all for their customers and the ice cream is not even firm. It’s melting when you get it. They turned the lights out on us while we were sitting eating with small children and told us we had to leave. We will never be back I don’t recommend this place at all. Try Baskin Robbins

Excellent service and high-quality ice cream. It can get a bit crowded with the Tesla drivers who are charging their vehicles.

Very frustrated. ? I came in even bought and ice cream and was refused use of the restroom. ? $8 for a small and you can’t even use the restroom, they should put more signs up. Don’t make this a stop on your travels. Not a great place for rest.

The place reeked of sewage so it was an automatic dislike. Terrible reception upon entering. Not very good customer service. A pint of ice cream is 15 dollars plus tax. Ice cream is basic quality.
