The breakfast menu was too confusing and misleading. Big $1, small print; if you buy a 2nd one, it's a dollar. By the time I got my order, there were 2 other customers that had the same misconception. So, I didn't feel too stupid! Food was blah! Even for McDonald's.

Was passing through town, stopped by to take a break and have something to eat. Placed an order through the kiosk and paid with my card. The kiosk displayed the ticket number but did not print out a physical ticket for me. Went to the lady at the register who I assumed was the manager with the blond wig. I told her that I paid for my order but didn’t receive a ticket from the kiosk. She searched for the order but couldn’t find it so she stated. After I showed her my card transaction receipt and told her exactly what was in the order she was able to find a receipt that matched everything but the card number that had been generated by their system. I explained to her that the receipt she had in her hand was for my order however she refused to give me my order stating that there was nothing that she could do due to the last 4 digits printed on the receipt not matching the last 4 of my card. Everything else added up on the receipt down to the time stamp on the receipt and on my bank transactions. Instead of making the situation right she told me there was nothing she could and failed to rectify the situation. I called my bank and disputed the charge. I would recommend just going to the gas station across the way instead.

The service was good but I went to the window and they were out of drinks they only had sweet tea and was waiting in the window for the drinks and the manager came and she was rude to my aunt asking her if she needed anything in not a good attitude 😓 i said nothing we are good because I didn’t want to make it bigger. She was yelling to the staff and everything. I hope a supervisor can go to check the store or talk to her because it doesn’t matter if is fast food we need a good service ❤️

The older lady was very very rude ignored everyone that walked in. By the time I got all 4 of my online orders toke over 20 minutes for 4 orders. My order was incorrect bagel was dry and had no cheese no sauce and it was cold. Horrible customer service from that one lady everyone else was amazing.
