Have to sit at the drive through window for 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even acknowledges you or take your order. At least in the mornings. I drive off and see others do the same, didn't even order.

I would leave 0 stars, but doesn't let me. Staff is very rude, and always has a attitude. They will have you waiting for the longest time, just to tell you they gave your food to someone else. The place is also disgusting. THE WORST LOCATION.

I think this is one of the worst McDonald's in Beaumont. The customer service is terrible and leaves much to be desired. Every time I go there, they always get the order wrong and are rude. Seriously, where is the supervisor at this McDonald's? It's a total disaster. All I see are bad reviews.

Desperate for a fast-food fix, I rolled the dice on a different McDonald's in Beaumont, TX, hoping for better luck. What I got was a masterclass in frustration. The drive-thru, with only one car ahead of me, stretched into a 10-minute ordeal at window #2 for a simple order: a sausage biscuit, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, a steak egg and cheese bagel, and two hashbrowns. Ten minutes of twiddling thumbs for what should’ve been a quick grab-and-go.

When the bag finally arrived, it was a gut punch—they forgot the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I parked, trudged inside, and watched as Uber orders sailed out the door while I, a paying customer, stood ignored. The staff finally addressed me, but not with an apology—just a curt fix of the missing item. No warmth, no accountability, just a shrug in human form.

Back home, the saga continued. The food was cold, save for one lukewarm sandwich clinging to life. Worse, they forgot the hashbrowns entirely. Beaumont’s McDonald’s seems cursed with chaos—slow service, sloppy execution, and a baffling lack of courtesy. A 3.5-star rating feels like a generous gift for this letdown. I’m done with McDonald’s in Beaumont, TX—my patience has officially checked out.
