Waited 40 minutes for my food. I asked about it and I was just glared at and given cold food. I understand missing an order, it happens from time to time, but the look I was given was if I made a mortal enemy. Then the person I asked yelled something about the rain and bolted off to the back never to be seen again. I didn't even notice that my drink was missing.
2 stars because air frying is a savior of reheating food. There are some bad vibes among the staff. Introverts beware

I usually really like this one but past couple of times my order has been wrong at the window (like giving me someone else’s bag) and when I ask for my correct order the young girl at the window has an attitude. This has happened twice with her and it deters me from wanting to go.

I ordered carryout and sat at my spot for 12 minutes and when I rolled up to the window to pick up and asked for a manager they just brought me my food and walked away.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a drink. Somehow, that order was too complicated and I was handed my drink, and asking to pull into a reserved parking space. After a half an hour I started typing this review. I could understand it if I was driving a 16 passenger van. But this kind of wait for two sandwiches, while larger orders received their food and left is ridiculous and incompetent.

The whole experience was awesome this time! I had been upset because I had heard some bad news about our family pet, but I was able to come in here and take my mind off of things for a little while. The women at the register were really nice and met me with a smile.
I told the manager about my family pet, and she offered her condolences.
The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned well. I had the homestyle meal large, and the only thing wrong was it was missing the tomato. I just figured they had been out of tomato today.
I would recommend this place for the friendly service and atmosphere.

Everytime we go they forget something. Multiple times they forgot a WHOLE MEAL!! This time the manager herself handed me my food and checked my ticket and when we got home we were missing a drink and two fries. Called to talk to a manager and she was rude so I decided to go to corporate because this is just ridiculous. It's crazy I even tip at the window you would think they could get things right.
