I pulled up to the drive-through window to place my order at 11:32 PM. I left there at 11:42 PM because they had already shut Everything down, even though they’re not supposed to be closed until 12 AM.

First time being in Houston first off when I walk into the store or up to the store to go in it had homeless people standing all in front of the store no problem cool with that normal walked in the store fries on the floor trash all over the floor.. Just Nasty..But it was a rush hour igI had waited 30 minutes before my order got taken had people standing all in the lobby still waiting to order an doordash orders that wasn't completed yetStill gave the benefit of the doubt the young guy that was at the register was doing his best that he could I do not remember his name but I did see his frustration on his face but he's ok still working still moving still taking orders and still getting food out..By the time he got to me to take my order I have a coupon code from the appHe understood what I was doing or what I wanted to be done to my burgerOrder was taken and receipt was given I step back to wait on my foodAs time go on it was a while before I received my food but it's okay at this point I'm upset but I'm starving ‼️Get my food check it and leave I get in my car take a bite of my Burger which I didn't pay attention to at the time but when I got to my room I took another bite that's when I noticed that my meat wasn't cooked all the way it was still red‼️I called the store back don't remember her name but she hung up on me, so I called back again she answers the phone and I completely tell her what was going on with my food so she tells me oh I wasn't here I don't know what you're talking about so I said you can get the manager he remember me which his name was LarryI told him what was going on with my food and he told me what he could do which was refunded are we make it I wasn't driving from one side of Houston to the other side so I waited till the next day and went in and got my burger together I thoughtUpon entering again different people but this time the young gentleman that was there which I still didn't get his name but he had on a manager shirt he was moving grooving getting orders out on time nobody waiting for foodGot my burger this time I checked it before I left the store and it was also red in the middleSo I said if you don't mind can I speak to you and he came and he said oh no I will tell them well doneAt this point I'm thinking everybody that got food their burgers wouldn't cook not my problem I'm worried that my food will be cooked correctly being that it's the second time for this same double quarter pounder no onion no mustard no salt. Got the burger again and it was cooked thoroughlyMoral to the story is being that this is a fast food chain let's make sure people food is correctly it has to be done betterBut for me I will not go back to the store again

We arrived at the restaurant behind a truck and they took their order which took maybe a minute or two. And instead of saying they no longer wanted to take orders for the night they left me to sit at the microphone until they closed. Rude, unprofessional, don’t waste your time at this location.

Terrible everytime I go there! Several different locations I've been to never seem to get our orders right. Not only that but I use the McDonald's app to get rewards since my son likes to eat there and we doordash so I go there a lot. Every single time I use a reward they have taken off the reward, we drive off with our food, lose the reward points and the food that was taken off from my rewards is never in the bag. It's extremely frustrating. I vow to never ever eat there again. Not to mention lines are always long at night, staff is short at busiest hours and staff is mostly rude unless it's a manager. When I'm doordashing after 10pm I almost always decline orders from McDonald's because I know it'll be at least a 30 min wait.

I went to the McDonalds location off of Cardinal Drive in Beaumont and was totally shocked at how good the hamburger was!I may be a "fast food snob" to a degree, but I realized I had gotten too busy and forgot to eat, so I drove the drive-through.The people that made my order were sweet, had manners, and the food was way above par (for fast food)!In an emergency ;-), I will definitely go back.
