Placed our order and it was repeated back to us correctly, got to the second window to pick up food/drinks, we were asked THREE times what two drinks we ordered, and were still handed the wrong damn drinks. I can’t make this up.

I place my orders in the app to ensure that what I want is entered correctly into the system. I’m actually allergic to cheese, and it’s a good thing I spit out the first bite before swallowing—otherwise, I could’ve ended up in the hospital because someone didn’t follow simple instructions.

It’s beyond me how an order can still be prepared incorrectly when the printed ticket with the exact specifications is attached to the item. That suggests a conscious choice not to read or follow the order details.

I don’t subscribe to the idea that “it’s just McDonald’s” and therefore I shouldn’t expect accuracy. If I’m specific in my request, pay for it, and receive something entirely different, that’s unacceptable. When employees are given clear instructions, it’s their responsibility to follow them—and if they choose not to, there should be consequences.

To make matters worse, when I called the location, the number went to a prompt stating that the voicemail is not set up. Whether this is a corporate or franchised location, there’s a clear need for better professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail among staff.

Always a very long wait to even order. Employees will walk past and look at you multiple times and never say anything. And then after you go through all that your food isn't even good, it's either overdone or thrown together.

Wish I could say better things about this location. In my opinion, one of the worst Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Staff. I bet the turnover rate is high but I guess that’s a business model issue.

Worst McDonalds food that I can remember. Fried were soggy. Chicken was brown, not golden, brown. Quarter Pounder tasted salty. Soda was flat and super sweet. I dont know if someone messed up our food. But, it was a reminder that we should NOT be eating this garbage.
