The girl at the drive-through at 6 AM has horrible customer service. I think she might’ve been high or drunk as she was slurring her words as well will not be coming back to this facility rude.

Worst McDonalds food that I can remember. Fried were soggy. Chicken was brown, not golden, brown. Quarter Pounder tasted salty. Soda was flat and super sweet. I dont know if someone messed up our food. But, it was a reminder that we should NOT be eating this garbage.

Routinely skips taking orders from the exterior lane. I mean they will literally let you sit in that lane for 10 minutes and take whoever drives up to the interior lane immediately. I have seen it multiple times.

I love going to this location, when I'm in town. I go around lunch time. My food is always fresh and hot. Management and staff are always professional, welcoming, and friendly. After ordering, through the App, I either go through the drive-thru or walk-in and pick up; there's never a difference in service. Keep up the good work.

They suck...Orders included 5 dollar deal...chicken sandwich was dry and apparently had been sitting out for awhile..The big mac combo meal...The bic mac had no special sauce..Fries were cold...The nuggets on the 5 dollar meal were fresh....Want return to this McDonald's on Dowlen in Beaumont Texas ever again....Just
