Went to pick up a late night app order. Apparently, staff weren’t in communication on orders to go out. Female worker yelled and attempted to splash a drink on me while in my vehicle asking for my order. Refused to refund yet kept saying the order was not there. Another staff member came out with the order. No apologies or anything for her rude obnoxious behavior.

Ordered deluxe chicken sandwich, fries and a sweet tea with a mcdouble. Chicken was raw and a complete mess like they literally threw it in the box, fries were cold with no seasoning or salt, mcdouble was cold and tasted like it's been sitting out for an hour. I ordered sweet tea which I was told they did not have any after they had just handed my coworker a sweet tea, employees ignored me when I tried getting my drink and acted like I was bothering them by asking for what I ordered. One of the worst mcdonalds I've been too by far.

I was served not one, but TWO completely RAW chicken sandwiches from this location. Their "solution" is to offer feedback to the location and issue a refund for what I spent. No apologies, no worry about the fact that myself AND a coworker consumed RAW CHICKEN.!

I was at this location for quite a while. The customer service given to us was wonderful. The associate checked on us several times and seemed genuinely friendly. The food was not as hot as it could have been. Who doesn't love hot fries and nuggets? Lastly, the playground needed attention. We were there for a couple of hours, and it received no cleaning before their dinner rush.
Kid-friendliness: This location has a large playspace for children to play in. They also have electronic tablets at the long bench table next to the playspace for the children to use.

The drive through lady was not a last at all she was very rude complained when she was taking my order did not ask if I wanted sausage or bacon with my big country breakfast she should not be in the food industry
I applied here on 01/11/25 and scheduled an interview for Tuesday 01/14/25 for 4:15 pm. When I got there I said I had an interview. The person I talked to said they aren’t doing interviews today because the hiring manager wasn’t there. I told her I called someone on the phone the previous day to confirm my interview and she stated “it doesn’t matter who you talked to the hiring manager isn’t here” All in All don’t apply here because the customer service is terrible and they DO IN FACT WASTE TIME !!!!

0 stars if I could . Wouldn’t let me add a cheeseburger after waiting 30 minutes for a 10 pc. Made me go back around drive thru just to tell me they stopped “it” and only have nuggets and fries. Complete waste of time ! Also had my order wrong
