I just left and went through the drive-thru. It was very busy, and it looked like the woman working was handling everything on her own. She was very kind. I’m really impressed by her hard work and positive attitude under pressure. I really wish I got her name so I could thank her for the great service!

The night crew needs to be fired. Incredibly slow every time I come here. Waiting in line behind only 2 other cars and it takes 30 minutes before I can even PLACE my order.

I went threw the drive thru placed my order paid went to the second window to pickup the order and that's when I saw and heard the manager cursing the employees. My food was cold and greasy. Very unprofessional behavior

There were two people in the lobby and it took 15-20 minutes to cook our food. I ordered fries with no salt. The manager brought our food to the table and said he would bring my fries out shortly. Another 15 minutes pass and I go to the counter. There were younger employees working one of whom looked at me as I was calling for her she turned away. One woman was on her phone and loud music was playing. The manager comes back inside and I asked what happened to the fries. They hadn’t been cooked…Horrible service and lack of accountability to say the least. I have a two hour drive home…Every employee should be terminated effective immediately.

This has never happened to me at this location but I had to share . I ordered an egg McMuffin meal with an extra egg McMuffin on my way to work today . When I get to work and getting all excited to eat in peace, I see that the Canadian bacon is missing 😡😞. So I check the other thinking it was just bc they were rushing. Nope they were both just egg and cheese 😡. The lady at the window who is there all the time was amazing but this was unaccepted. I can’t get a refund bc I work too far away to go back .

Update ( 12-4-25) when I had time to stop by again Management replaced my original order and all is well in the world again lol. Seriously though, thank you for the help in this situation. Never had a fast food chain that was so helpful.

The lady at the drive thru window cussed my husband out when he asked for ketchup saying she didn’t want to walk all the way over there to get it. Very rude.

I’m not even gonna lie, a year ago this location sucked. But now the staff there is just so polite and so sweet and simple. The little yellow dude at the first window in a sweet little girl with the lip ring just makes my day somehow andI love it. I wouldn’t mind coming to this McDonald’s every morning.

It’s usually ok enough but sometimes I have to argue about whether a 2 cheeseburger meal exists or not. It exists so I’m not sure how that’s complicated.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was at this location having coffee this morning. I got a refill and then went back up to get a second refill at this time the lady that was at the counter was in plain clothes, not a McDonald’s uniform told me I could not have a cup of coffee. I already had two refills. I told her I only had one refill and she starts to argue with me about the coffee. she was very rude, turned her back on me and walked away. I tried to get the attention of other employees, and they all acted scared of her and turn their back to me also, I asked for corporate number and no one would talk to me then the female who has no name tag on no uniform on poured coffee into my cup and I asked for sugar and cream , and she said she was not gonna wait on me for somebody else to help me because I was rude .and then the female started screaming for somebody to come to the front . a manager came to the front and ask what was going on ?I told her I needed some sugar and cream for my coffee. She offered to put it in my cup, but I refused.I just wanted to get the sugar and cream and Leave because of the rudeness from the employee at the counter. I told the manager about it and she said she was going to talk to her. This is not the first time I have been inside of that location and had issues I quit going to that location for a long time I’m talking years because of the service . I’m assuming she’s an employee because she’s behind the counter . No uniform or name tag.When I first arrived and sit down she was talking about where somebody lived and how they get drunk and are probably drinking right now and they were loud I mean, they were talking among themselves, but I could hear them out in the dining area while I was sitting so unprofessional I didn’t wanna hear about all that drama.This is the kind of person they have at this location. It’s only a McDonald’s , but, it is not acceptable behavior at any place that has customer service. This female treated me like I was trash. Just hanging out in the dining area waiting for a hand out! I’ve seen them treat homeless people better than they treated me! Like I said I use to come to this location for a long time. I’ve seen a lot . I am an older white female . I was sitting quietly having coffee. No one else was in the establishment except the employees. I was disrespected by an employee for wanting a coffee refill. A paying customer, not disturbing anyone. Yes this is long, due to my anger about how I was treated.

I placed an order at the Hwy 105 location in Beaumont Texas. The lady on the intercom was rude. I attempted to place an order and provided specific details on how I want it made and one order read correctly and the other did not. I informed the young lady that my order was incorrect and her response was “anything else.”I repeated myself and informed her my order is still showing incorrectly and her response was “anything else” I repeated myself for a 3rd time. She said “Anything else” I asked to speak with a manager and she didn’t respond but then another young lady answered and I asked for the name of the associate before her ans She said she didn’t know and she was new herself but said her name was Grace. After I finished my order with grace I spoke with another young lady and asked for the previous person's name and she said she didn’t know and she was also new herself. I then asked to speak with a manager. I informed the manager Shanella what happened and her response she doesn’t have any idea who it was but the person next to her was a young lady standing with folded arms glaring. I found out that each person is new and the only person who showed true empathy towards me was Grace. I want a district manager not a manager or gym but a district manager of this location to call me because I’ve never felt so disrespected or as if what I was saying didn’t matter. This was a terrible experience. That young lady was being disrespectful and dismissive towards me I am very unhappy and will be taking this complaint as high as I can until I speak with your corporate personnel or a district manager. That response and behavior is not okay.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to ! Ordering ahead you still have to wait 45 mins for food the employees are stressed and rude besides a few of the the and the main reason is because the assistant manager crystal is the worst very unprofessional and rude! Seems like all the employees are scared of her. Buuttt the shift lead Sandra is so sweet .
