Have been 3 different times or a long period of time, to try the new flavor and don’t have crap.
Never keep anything new in stock or for enough time.

Always very pleased with the customer service and the products they offer. This day, I went for the Biscoff cookie butter cake. It was absolutely yummy! It's joy in your mouth! The workers in the store were so sweet to all the customers in the store! 10/10!

Ordered a cake for delivery to my wife’s job for her Birthday. Never got a notification that the 3rd party made the delivery. Called and asked for the status of the delivery and they said DoorDash left with it about an hour ago. Not sure what happened to DoorDash as it’s only 6 minutes from the store. Luckily Nothing Bundt Cakes were able to remake the order and personally delivered it. I was expecting maybe I would end up just having to get a refund but they made it right and quick!!!

So I went here to purchase the limited edition pineapple upside down cake on 5/29. It had only been out for like a week. Needless to say they were put permanently out of it already. Before that same issue with lemon blueberry and before that some other limited edition flavor. I hgot two of the same okd flavors. I don't know if its the franchise or franchise owner who doesn't make sure they have it longer but I'm gonna find out from the corporate office. on 5/30 I went to houston and stopped at a NBCake off westimeher and guess what they had both still. Pineapple upside down and lemon blueberry. This store in beaumont needs to try harder. Not to mention i had to park behind the strip center in mall parking lot and walk all the over to NBCake BC jersey Mike's is taking up all the spots.

Stopped here for the 1st time ever last week. I got carrot and white chocolate raspberry bundts the white chocolate raspberry was AMAZING!!! best cake ever. Will definitely return and definitely recommend.

Cake was purchased for my partners birthday. Unfortunately upon lighting the sparkling candles for the cake to sing happy bday. They did not light and upon cutting the cake there was a long piece of hair right in the midst. I love nothing bundt cakes but very disappointed more so for my partner who I feel was very disappointed. She didnt want another cake from the place. An email and phone call of evidence was sent. Although we were refunded for the cake we were still charged for the candles that served no justice without a cake and for candles that did not light!!
I would definitely like to get a FULL refund as mentioned on the call with Araceli as well as in the email

Lovely store with sweet treats. My favorite is the Confetti cake. It's always moist and perfect. Reminds me of the flavored cupcakes my grandma would make us when we were kids. I always get the Bundtlet. It's the perfect size for me. However, they do fill the hole in the middle full if icing. Some may like this, but it's a lot a frosting for such a petite cake; considering there are the frosting stripes on the outside of the cake as well. Seems like more frosting than cake at times. So I cut it in half, seperare the two halves, then I warm it to allow the frosting to escape the middle. Then it's perfect. I would eat cake from here everyday if I could.
