My brother in law is a good cook, knows what he's doing. I do not think he messed up! And let this be the FIRST complaint...ya know some people don't take the time to complain, they just go somewhere else. Happy Holidays!

Their burgers are so mid, but the reason im making this review is because i have bad enough food poisoning from their burgers to be hospitalized. I should have known by both the clueless appearing teens running the kitchen and the weird taste in the burger i didnt finish last night. Curse you novroskys, it feels like im evacuating razor blades every 40 minutes.

They went above and beyond with customer service! Got the Tex Mex wrap with ranch and Novo chips instead of the tortilla chips! Everything was wonderful! They use beef tallow to fry their food!

Friday night we really hoped for some all out gourmet burgers , thought for sure Novrozskys was the answer. The place was clean and thought the food would be equally as impressive,,,,,, Fried mushrooms where terrible I can’t even explain but the burgers are seriously lacking the quality for the money spent…. $55 meal for my wife and I and one patty for my dog . I have no idea how Novrozskys is considered a cut above , get better food at Waffle House. Sorry but it’s true. Fried mushrooms were terrible, burger really needs more consideration for the money spent …. My opinion obviously. Sorry I hope this review helps you to strive more for customer satisfaction.
This past Saturday we had the most horrible meal. We ordered 2 fried chicken baked potatoes and cheese burger with fries. It was inedible. The chicken in potatoes were burnt and the size of. Ones thumbnail. It's like during the day you had perhaps saved pieces of chicken that had burned and added to potatoes hoping that the gravy would soften them. $27 for these which we had to throw away. My son's burger he had to throw away for a high price too. Not new customers. I live 5 minutes away and we always order from here because as a rule it's always been good. It was horrible. Will not eat here again. If we had not ordered takeout I would have said something.

We pick up take-out from Novrozsky's fairly often. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious, no matter what we order. We pay strict attention to the time, as they always say it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We live in another city, and it takes us about 15 minutes to get there, so we make sure we are ready to go before we call in!
