Last night I ordered over 73.00 of food and a tour of Italy, a chicken parm, calamari, and 2 chocolate lasagna cakes my soup of choice was the knochi and tuscana for my wife. I believe the hair that was in her soup should have been optional and my knochi wasn't knochi it was a tuscana as well. I called the restaurant this morning not to complain but to get a replacement as it was late after 10 pm when we got home to eat. The shift manager refused. So olive garden has lost a faithful customer. Pitiful!!!

Olive Garden never fails with yummy bread and Alfredo dipping sauce. The chicken nokey soup is my all time favorite. Unfortunately our service was not great. Started with bring us the wrong appetizer then my husband ordered an appetizer for his meal and asked for it to come with my meal. It came with the appetizer. My meal didn’t come for a full twenty minutes later. My husband was done eating. We had to ask for drink refills. I am guessing that the server was new because I always have fantastic service. One bad experience will not stop me from coming back

My friend and I came in about 20 minutes to close, after a very long day of setting up her new classroom. Everyone was so accommodating and nice! Thank yall all so much!

Lately the food has not been as good as it used to be. The chicken gnocchi soup did not taste the same, and the breadsticks were cold and hard. The Lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo were both good, but the hard extra crispy Chicken Parmigiana was disappointing.

We had a horrible experience on our recent visit. We waited 20 minutes for our waiter to visit the first time. He took another 15 to bring our drinks. Multiple other tables were sat and had food before we even had drinks. No bread or appetizer until the 1 hour mark. They were not busy by any means. Waiter literally didn't talk to us for many visits to the table. Would just nod.
Will be a while until we go back.

Miss Ivori was our server for lunch. My aunt has been going for a long time and has had her as her waitress. I went today with her and she was super sweet and fixed us up very good. There was nothing to complain about with our food all the way down to our service! I will be asking for her next time! :)
