Overall, customer service & staff is excellent as I have been coming to Osaka Grill for years even when they used to be inside Parkdale Mall Food Court. I noticed a taste of change with all of the flavored chicken(kamikaze, Orange, Sesame) that tastes different recipe than how it used to be when they were in Parkdale Mall, which makes it now taste more of "varied taste (low quality[unappetizing taste of the flavored chicken])" than how it used to be in Parkdale Mall. Fried Rice & Noodles still has that amazing taste, especially the white rice with the flavored chicken tastes so delicious! Their sweet treats/extras: red sauce is good to combine with the flavored chicken & rice/noodles, their egg roll by far delicious, and their sugar coated bread is absolutely delicious!Parking: In front of multi-stores.

Price was decent, the teriyaki chicken was good but the rice and yakisoba taste like an after thought. It was ok probably will not eat there again.
