One of my favorite go-to spots for lunch. I love soup. They have a nice variety of soup to choose from. Their salads, sandwiches, and cookies are good, too.

Placed a pickup order on the app for a total of $65. They were out of two ordered items. The store said we have to call into the app/corporate for a refund, and the app/corporate said we must get a refund from the store. Ultimately, now neither will help us so Panera basically stole from us and is using bureaucracy worst than the government to avoid refunding us our money. Shop local, go to Jason’s Deli.

Completely missed sending one of the three items ordered. So three of us are sharing two meals. Also omitted the condiments we asked for. Horrible service after a long day. Do not order deliver with them. You’ll have to go out to get more food.

I ordered from door dash and part of order was missing. I phoned store and they said come get it. I explained meal was for hospice patient and I could not leave. They would not do anything but tell me come there and get some soup.

Went through the drive through, after ordering soup I asked for a salad, she was no help with my questions and then when I asked for dressing she yelled at me. There was also an employee smoking at the door & The wait time was ridiculous as well . New management maybe? I honestly didn't trust eating my food either after seeing the people back there ?

service is insanely slow and everytime my order is taken and given to me it’s with the upmost attitude, seems like most everyone there hates their job. waited for 30 minutes on a PICK UP ORDER that i was told was ready. seems to me there needs to be some changes made.

I had an incredible experience at the Panera in Beaumont! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, which was much appreciated. The café was spotless, and the atmosphere was cozy—perfect for a relaxed meal or getting some work done. It's rare to find such a consistently great experience, but Panera Beaumont delivers every time. Highly recommend!

Normally do not share reviews but this one was worth one.

The food was decent but the restaurant has a complete lack of management.

We experienced rude employees and an employee visitor cursing loudly throughout the restaurant intimidating everybody.

The only person who was nice was the lady who cleans the tables.

Not worth a visit until they get the place under control.

Google Map location incorrect. Contacted the location 4x. No answer. Had to really figure out where they were based on surroundings. Walked inside to absolutely no customers but more than six employees on floor. No pastries to view. The staff presents themselves in an obtuse way. Young lady cashier could not stop rubbing her face and nose while taking the order. Was visiting the area at the time and drove out of our way for Panera. I encourage you all to review your staff / cut costs on labor. No one is going in or out these doors happy. Refund also done incorrectly but did not bother to return for truly this place will need every dollar to stay open.

We have been going to Panera for many years, but the quality of the food and definitely the caliber of the staff has declined. Today we stood at the register for almost 2 minutes while the sales person was texting on her phone. She never looked up until we interrupted her. The food was good but not as good as it used to be. The size of the portions has declined also, but not the prices.
