My family and I really do enjoy this Pei Wei. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the inconsistency. Everybody has off days and while I can forgive that in general, they are just too frequent here. Sometimes the experience and good are perfect and spot on. Other times, simple special orders tend to get messed up(white rice instead of brown rice-- actually an option not even a special order). It would be nice if the receipt actually showed customization so you could correct it beforehand.

I'm not big on Oriental food in general. Most of the flavors don't appeal to me, however I do like their Mongolian flavor on shrimp with noodles or fried rice!!

I ate here last night with my teen girls. We were greeted with the friendliest cashier! She was the best!!! After eating and having leftovers we asked for a bag. Upon trying to transfer our boxes to a bag my daughter dropped a box on the floor. The cook saw and asked us what we had. He immediately cooked us another meal to take home!!!! My girls and I were so impressed and shocked!Then the cashier honestly gave me my phone back after I left it at the register! We had the best experience here and will be back sooner than later. Everyone here is awesome! The restaurant is clean , the people are great , the food is delicious, and it’s a great family setting.

I absolutely love Pei Wei. Every time I come im more than satisfied with the experience. The food quality and scope of menu items is wonderful! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I get something different every time because everything is so good!
I had the pad Thai and it was simply not delicious. I deeply regret my decision. The food was bland and dry. Soy sauce couldn't even rescue the dish. And, I received no lime as promised.
