Everything I have had from the menu has been delicious. I always order a large spicy Pho and another entree. Everything has been consistent and delicious. Staff is polite and welcoming.
Have never waited more than 10 mins for my food. I have been there at different times and different days of the week.
A true gem in beaumont.

This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff seemed completely disorganized, and their idea of packaging pho to-go was to pour it into a flimsy drink cup. To make matters worse, they added items to my friend’s order that they never asked for. After all the confusion and back-and-forth, I ended up telling them to just charge me a dollar for a proper to-go container something that should’ve been common sense in the first place. Completely unacceptable.
