We love your food and go there often but did not like going there at 7:30 and being told we couldn't sit because kitchen started closing early, mind you there was more people there sitting down waiting on food.

I used to love this place because I would pay an affordable price for what i received… but i’m paying $17 for mediocre bon bo hue which includes a $1.50 surcharge for vietnamese style which happened to be a singular pork knuckle and one chunk of blood. not to mention tipping for poor service (they rarely stop by my table all times i’ve visited and so far have always forgotten when i ask for shrimp paste and chili oil.) not to mention that the quantity of food seems to be less now.
i used to advocate for this place but i’ll be visiting other spots from now on

I took my grandpa here for our first time. The customer service was amazing! Food came out faster than we expected. I got the pho with slice beef and my grandpa had the rice with grill pork. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this spot for a quick lunch!

I hadn’t eaten all day and decided to stop after work and pick up some vermicelli and spring rolls. Spring rolls were dried out. The vermicelli was just okay shrimp tasted a bit fishy. 3 hrs later my stomach was cramping and I was having diarrhea and sweats. I believe it was food poisoning. Be careful eating here.

This is definitely the go to for pho in the area! Always taking care of and the food is always great! Today I decided to ask for extra noodles and let me tell you.... It definitely filled the bowl! Everything was delicious as it always is and worth the drive no matter where you're coming from!

Walked in on a Friday afternoon at 2pm and waited to be seated. I was offered to sit anywhere by someone from behind the register where they were processing to-go orders. Sat at the table for ten minutes, no visit by any wait staff. Another couple comes in and sits at the table next to mine, waitress took their drink and food order from area where they were processing to-go orders and immediately brought their drinks. I left at that point.
10 minutes from Lamar University, I frequent here for lunch on week days between classes. It's one of my favorite places in Beaumont.

Tonight I placed an phone order while at Allure Nail shop .Which total $35.64 I paid cash and the young Vietnamese woman failed to give me a receipt also she gave me bag with very few crayfish so I questioned her. And took it out of the bag. Looking for crayfish she stated they were bigger. And the pounds went up I took the product to my car and it was if they had given me heads and very few crayfish with corn and potatoes. I had never left the parking lot. And called in to the restaurant to complain. They did not answer. I am very disappointed in the owner, This is the poorest service I have had in a while. The food was not hot. I kept the remains to bring back tomorrow to complain to get my money back. But unable to sleep at the thought this restaurant treats Black's wrong. The young male owner treated a black female and her children wrong she left angry. This company will be violated also I will be reporting them to the Health department. So that they are monitored for issuance of used food products. They don't know that my complaint s are honored by the state of Texas. This company and their owner and employees will reap what they sowe for serving nasty used food. I will be back at the opening hour or when lunch starts to complain in front of all the other customers so that others can know how they are over charging and serving used food when you order to go. How nasty. It's like eating others scraps. With the Covi and weasels break out this is nasty. I rebuke this company in the mighty name of Jesus. I can't sleep knowing I ate someone else's left overs. Nasty and Unsanitary. I will be filing charges to stop this to ensure better call in orders. I paid for this nasty food and they deliberately did not answer the phone. Watch tomorrow I'm returning the nasty product asking for my money back. What they are doing in the dark will be brought to the light and I will be alerting the Health department and other Government Agenies to stop them or have them violated or closed down for serving unclean food. My stomach is hurting and I'm unable to sleep.

This is my first time eating from there. My employer ordered all of our lunches today. I was tasked with picking it up and could go into the restaurant to pick it up. The atmosphere was very nice. I asked if they had Seafood Pho because I couldn't find it on the menu. The gentleman at the counter told me I needed to ask for it on the phone because they do have it. I plan on trying out some of their other dishes.
