Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Fried chicken dry and looks like it sat out all day under a heat lamp. Crust so hard I can barely bite into it. Also tastes like seafood...yuck. Mashed potatoes spilled all over because they had a soda lid that was obviously too big for the container....not even close. My last time wasting my money here.

Worst service ever! employee behind counter drinking from McDonald's cup. Absolutely no hustle at all from staff. Lots of joking around. ghetto as hell! no regards to customer's wait time. lines were super long due to staff care free attitudes. This is store 3252 on Eastex fwy across from the mall. 1/9/2020: Spent almost $60 for family meal and a box of tenders. It was not thoroughly cooked in the middle. The tenders were thin and fried so hard we were unable to eat them. We were scared to even try the rest of the chicken for fear of food poisoning. Biscuits had no butter or honey glaze and were dry and hard as a brick. We ate the mashed potatoes only.
