So we sampled some of their desserts at the Baptist Hospital of SE and they are delicious! They included: the double decker M&M cookie sandwich and chocolate pie with whipped cream. Highly recommended!

I have tried almost every. Single. Item on this menu over the past 2 years. Everything is divine. BUT if I could beg them to tweak ONE thing- as a fellow baker- the cheesecake fillings. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been fixed already, but it needs a tad bit of sweet and condensed milk and some lemon juice to make it actually taste like cheesecake. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a chunk of plain of cream cheese while testing the desserts.

The Dowlen location has a larger selection. The servers were nice, but there was a slight hiccup with the order, which was resolved. Next time I will go to the other cafe

These kolaches are almost as good as Mrs. Bisendorf's and Jordan's Bakery (no longer in business). The dough is so light and buttery, the filling is just enough to make you want another bite. Going to try to get there earlier to get more of them. These are sooooo good. (Dough with meat inside is called a Klobasnek)

I would give zero stars if I could. A former employee was going to get her last check and was not able because they expect her to return her uniform even though her previous check was charged for said uniform... Any business that treats employees like this past or present doesn't deserve your business.

For her politeness and that delicious Greek yogurt, I will be returning, my new go-to place.

Truly the highlight of my brief time in Beaumont. Literally came here twice in three hours.
This bakery has been around my whole life on Calder. I am 65 yrs old. I remember going there as a child to get my birthday cake. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When you walk in, the smells will take you back in time. I hope it goes on forever so every generation may enjoy.

I purchased three cakes from Rios bakery for my Christmas dinner. I purchased a strawberry cheesecake, a strawberry cake and a German chocolate cake they were over the top. I have no complaints. Very very delicious. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed these desserts. I will be looking forward to purchasing desserts from rails bakery for upcoming events. I was so pleased with all of them, the staff and rails bakery were very friendly and courteous towards me as I selected my desserts over the phone and in-store when I picked them up the atmosphere was wonderful I just loved it. I also purchased a chicken salad, sandwich and chips and a drink and my granddaughter loves the chocolate covered strawberries I saw that was our total purchase .
