The Red Tailz seasonings are fantastic. We had a crawfish boil and used the Red Tailz Seafood Boil in the pot. The crawfish were delicious! By far the best seasoning I have ever used- and we have been boiling crawfish for 25+ years. Very flavorful seasoning with a nice undertone of citrus. It is lower in salt than every other seasoning I have used so you can add flavor and spice without making it too salty.
The Red Tailz Lagniappe Cajun Seasoning is my new favorite cajun seasoning. It flavored my crawfish pies the next day. It is flavorful cajun spice with slight lemony kick. Their Everything Else Sauce was also terrific. It is a hot sauce with black pepper and just a little sweetness to balance it out. Love it!
I highly recommend the seasonings and can’t wait to try more

The Home Builders Association of Southeast Texas hosts an annual crawfish boil, and this year we used Mike at RedTailz to cook for our event, and we have received nothing but fantastic feedback on the crawfish! Not only was the flavor spot on, Mike showed up and got to work cooking 800 lbs of crawfish. He handled our large crowd perfectly and provided some great crawfish and great service. He did an outstanding job and will use him again!

I can't say enough about this place. Mike was very helpful in getting us a couple of bags of crawfish and the price was reasonable. The house seasoning was flavorful and worth a try. Would recommend to come here to support local business! Watch for the sign to turn in to, that's the only negative I can think of.

they are awesome polite courtesy and of course crawfish were da bomb jujus watch they are coming but the most I'm important thing that stood out they had the the windows open and it got hot ? Inside way to hot ? to eat crawfish we could they close the windows and they did with no problem so hats off red tailz I always say a happy customer is a loyal one.
