The Home Builders Association of Southeast Texas hosts an annual crawfish boil, and this year we used Mike at RedTailz to cook for our event, and we have received nothing but fantastic feedback on the crawfish! Not only was the flavor spot on, Mike showed up and got to work cooking 800 lbs of crawfish. He handled our large crowd perfectly and provided some great crawfish and great service. He did an outstanding job and will use him again!

Love this place! We trust that they will have good quality crawfish and we never leave disappointed. Atmosphere is nice and we have always had good service. Everyone is always nice. 10/10.
