The Home Builders Association of Southeast Texas hosts an annual crawfish boil, and this year we used Mike at RedTailz to cook for our event, and we have received nothing but fantastic feedback on the crawfish! Not only was the flavor spot on, Mike showed up and got to work cooking 800 lbs of crawfish. He handled our large crowd perfectly and provided some great crawfish and great service. He did an outstanding job and will use him again!

We had a crawfish boil and used the Red Tailz Seafood Boil in the pot. The crawfish were delicious! By far the best seasoning I have ever used- and we have been boiling crawfish for 25+ years. Very flavorful seasoning with a nice undertone of citrus. It is lower in salt than every other seasoning I have used so you can add flavor and spice without making it too salty.
