Joshua was our server and he was phenomenal! We were recommended Riverside Grill by a close friend for Valentine’s Day so we made a reservation for 8:30pm. It was 8:55pm when we got sat, but the hostess was super sweet and it was obvious they were BUSY. We ordered 2 appetizers (chicken quesadillas and brisket sliders) and my entree was the North Atlantic Salmon. My expectations for recommendations are usually low, but from that first bite it became my new favorite place ❤️

Food was delicious, ambiance was nice, service was great, food was delicious but downtown Beaumont is straight out of a Madmax movie. Whomever is managing the city needs to be fired and the entire leadership replaced..

Steak and salmon perfectly cooked. Side salad was good mix and larger than expected.
The kind of southern restaurant in the heart of an old, deep, east Texas town. The redfish main was outstanding. Sides and apps, including drinks were also very well designed and under management of a well organized kitchen. Parking is free and abundant, and though the city center is clearly gentrifying, this was a pleasant surprise and one of the best restaurants in all of Texas, in all regards.

Beautiful place for dinner with a nice, comfortable atmosphere. The food is very traditional Southern (safe and familiar), nothing over the top, but well done. Service is great, and it’s an easy spot to enjoy a relaxed dinner without trying to be too high-end.
