First time trying this place but was definitely a cool spot. Atmosphere was nice customer service professional. Food was served hot and fresh. Only thing was they ran out of napkins per the server. Overall a good place prices where great and we had no wait to be seated.

10/10! Not sure why we took so long to try this place out. The steaks were phenomenal, similar if not better than something you can get at a Houston steak house. The service was just as good as the food. We had the seafood fondue for our appetizer and we were fans of it. It had a heavy fishy taste, and when they asked if we liked it we let them know the issue. They quickly and nicely resolved it, which we appreciated since we’re never the type to complain about food. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. We will absolutely be back. Such a great place and experience!

If you want good food, service, & atmosphere, this is the place to go in Beaumont. Each time we have gone to this restaurant the food has not missed. The atmosphere is so delightful. You can tell that they take time to clean the restaurant from the kitchen the front door. The waiter staffing and the host are so welcoming coming and going. The prices for the food are not bad either for the quality and amount of food that you receive. This is date night or lunch date for all that desire excellent food and service.

I was told by the staff that I was not going to be able to order a kids menu item due to the fact that I was an adult. I was hungry for something small from the kids menu and I then ordered a gumbo. Very strange behavior from the wait staff imo. The gumbo was not very good but very basic.
i had noah as a server. he was very rude & unorganized. he called me a boy and im a female. also , had a tone with the table.

AMAZING! We stopped in for a date night on our way home to Houston. Food was SO good. My husband is a picky eater and a big burger guy. He said the bacon burger was one of his favorites. And for the price!? Incredible! I loved Riverside Grille. Elegant dining but didn’t feel like we had to dress to the nines. (You totally could though!) It wasn’t like those fancy restaurants where you feel like you have to be working in the corporate world to eat there. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We got drinks, appetizers, main courses, and dessert. We loved it all. You have to try to chicken quesadillas. Our server, Kayden, was tentative, engaging, and kind! He held great conversation with us but wasn’t too over bearing with checking in. We HIGHLY recommend Riverside! We will definitely be coming back next time we are near Beaumont.

My son took me there for Father's Day. We didn't know that a reservation was needed for our visit. (Usually isn't one needed.) But the Manager made it happen for our group of 6. Nice atmosphere, great food and exceptional waitress-Chrissy.

First time there today. Very nice looking place but when I first walked in it had a smell.. Then I realized it had to be the smell of that large aquarium. In my opinion- the food was not amazing. I had the cornmeal catfish and it was not seasoned. I also do not like catfish that has that dirty taste, if you know what I mean. The Au gratin potatoes were just missing something. And the baked beans were just some beans with some bbq sauce. The rolls everyone seems to love are simply the frozen rolls you can buy at the store , thaw out and bake. (Hamiltons rolls/ now those are amazing) The shrimp creole was mediocre. The best thing was the dip trio. I actually will not be back. I always say- I can cook mediocre at home all day. When I pay 80 dollars for a meal for 2 (no drinks) it needs to be closer to amazing .
