Stopped by Roger’s BBQ in China, Texas and got the BBQ baked potato — and wow. It was absolutely loaded with tender, smoky barbecue and all the fixings. The potato was cooked perfectly, the meat was flavorful and juicy, and the portion was huge.
Great food, friendly service, and that authentic Texas BBQ flavor you hope to find at a local spot. If you’re anywhere near China, TX, do yourself a favor and try the BBQ baked potato. I’ll definitely be back!

🍖Rogers BBQ🍖is absolutely amazing! The smoked sausage is hands down my favorite!!! 🥓🥓Perfectly smoky, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food.😻Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming.👍🏻This is definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. The service is great and the food is good for a quick bite. It was tasty but I will say, as a foodie and a former restaurant Chef/manager/BBQ expert, I will say there are a couple steps left out in the BBQ. I ordered a half rack of ribs and a 2 meat plate. The silverskin was still on the ribs and I had to peal it off to eat. The Brisket was tasty but a bit dry and not sliced evenly. Overall a nice little spot with decent food.
