Every time I stop by on the way to China TX I'll get me some extremely delicious brisket or sausage. Their prices are reasonable and sitting at the picnic table enjoying the Texas weather and BBQ brings subtle joy to my life. 10/10 would recommend anytime.

Absolutely phenomenal food. I love that it’s so close too! (We live in China). Me and my roommate love the loaded haystacks, baked potato bomb, their amazing FAT burgers, and their King James sandwich which I just got today with grilled onions. It was ? as is everything else there! The men in their are some pretty solid guys as well and are always accommodating.Kid-friendliness: Outside sitting for the family or friends

Consistently out of this world good. From the Bbq bomb baked potato, to the loaded haystacks, to the burgers and King James sandwich; just absolutely phenomenal.
Location was off the beaten path but the place was an obvious local favorite. The cashier and cook were both exceptionally friendly as were the other patrons I encountered while there. They have a sweetheart of a dog that hangs out and roams the property, she is happy to accept pets or food scraps but doesn't beg and won't steal your food if you get up to grab some more BBQ sauce or use the restroom. Food was amazing! I got the bomb potato based on previous reviews and it was excellent. Seating is outdoor picnic tables so plan to eat in your car or take it to go if the weather isn't cooperating. Perfect Texas BBQ.

What a gem! We were headed to the coast and stopped at Roger’s BBQ Barn. It is fantastic! Roger and his crew couldn’t have been nicer. They took the time to explain the extensive menu and make excellent suggestions. We enjoyed our delicious BBQ in the shade of a 250 year old Oak tree. It was perfect. A fun surprise was the BBQ sauce. It, like everything else, is made in house and has a really unique blend of smokey, sweet and a little heat. Don’t miss Roger’s BBQ Barn. It is a treat!

The luck of search "BBQ Near Me" brought me off the highway into this gem in China, TX.Food was delicious. Wish I could have ordered more. Service was quick and excellent. Prices are all good.When one is in Texas, one must have BBQ. This is among the best. The sauce adds flavor to the smoked brisket. Vegetables were fresh and crunchy to provide a great combination of flavor and texture with the brisket and the bun. The location was perfect with the peace, quiet, and tranquility before getting back behind the wheel to finish off a 300 mile driving day.Highly recommend getting off the main road and having some BBQ. Do it. Go out of your way for the flavor.

Most of the time it's great but the last 2 times it was meh. The 2 meat 2 side plate had way less meat than what I regularly get, and the brisket was fatty with a huge piece of tendon underneath. It happens, no big deal, I ate what was good and gave the rest to my dog. I'd hoped to have it for dinner too but the portions just weren't there. Mac n cheese wasn't watered down and had salt this time so that's a plus!
