Me and my boyfriend often come here and normally we receive very kind service, however, this time was not the case. There was no service at all. We pulled up to the speaker, ordered, and when we pulled around to the window, no one was there. No one opened the window to take our payment or to even tell us that there was a delay in making our order. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they’re just making our order first or maybe they need to brew more coffee, ran out of something, etc. But surely you would expect someone to come to the window and communicate that. We even considered that they forgot we were there, but how do you forget about an order 5 seconds after taking it? We were in a rush and it put us behind by waiting 10 minutes at the window. We left without our order since we didn’t pay. There were at least 5 employees there because they are all parked nearby. I could see them in there and watched them look at us drive away, so I know we didn’t just imagine this. I just can’t wrap my brain around it.

We had Scooters cater our ribbon cutting for our new office in Beaumont (Innovative Heating Cooling & Plumbing).
Let me say the food was next level. Everything was ready on time and even helped my wife load it in the car. The Pimento cheese sammiches were off the charts. They provided way too much food for the event, it we’ll eat on it for the next few days. So glad we used them. We will certainly used them again. Happy to highly recommend.

I tried Scooter's Coffee for the first time today, I got the ised Carmelicious and a bacon burrito. Both were delicious, the service was fast and friendly. (I went through the drive thru) My only complaint is how small the burrito was for the price. It's too good to be that small. Keep up the great work! I'll be back soon!
