I shop early mornings at H-E-B on Dowlen and almost always get coffee from Nathan at Sertinos. He is usually very conversational, chirpy, outgoing, and excellent at his job. They used to be really great until this younger blonde girl with long eyelash extensions came into the picture. The coffee isn't the same anymore. Also I used be able to go in 20 minutes before closing and they would still be serving coffee. Since when did they start closing down to making coffee due to the esspresso side being clean already. Didn’t realize it was in HEB, but pleasantly surprised. They have your typical coffee options and a few with a twist. Worth the try when in the area. A bonus that you can browse the HEB as well.
