This is my second time ordering from them. I will say the food the first time was better. I tried the Shabebe house platter, which consisted of a Philly cheese steak on garlic bread and came with fries and six spicy BBQ wings. I ordered spicy parm sauce, but they were out. They called and asked for an accommodation, and I chose the spicy BBQ sauce. Philly cheese steak and fries were good. We heard about this place on Tik Tok. We were in the Beaumont area, so we stopped. We got oxtails that were not seasoned & cornbread muffins that were overcooked and appeared old. The rice could have used a little more gravy, but the potato salad, green beans and other entree were good. I would come back. It may have been an off day, we all have them.

I have never been here in person but I order through door dash frequently. The food is really good and it's really nice to get soul food via delivery. They do sometimes run out of what I order but they always call and ask what is preferred for a replacement. Very nice people.
