I ordered a turtle blast extra turtle add caramel and these fools gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream topped with turtles not mixed and no caramel but these fools charged me for all the extras….. last I checked supposed to be mixed not just topped to look half decent

Went to this location after ordering on the app. Went to drive thru to check in. Order 2 drinks. 10 minutes later came out and gave a bag of ice to the person behind me and brought another car behind me their food. Never once asked me why I was sitting there. Told her I had 2 drinks. So, I had to wait 15 minutes for drinks, and the tea tasted bad, but I didn't even want to deal with it anymore, so I left. I do not recommend this sonic at all. I ordered DoorDash
It was made wrong NO BIG DEAL. I REOREDRED (paid full price) to get it made again and they are refusing. It shouldn’t matter if I order it 100 times I paid for it it should be made. It was THREE items. Not a big 60 plus dollar order. I need someone from corporate to get with me IMMEDIATELY
The “manager” refuses to make it. I am out 40 dollars. And no help.

Absolutely disgusted by the way that the sonic employees decided to act when a mother was trying to breast-feed her child. It’s shameful disgusting and outright disrespectful for them to feel like they have any right and telling a mother where they can and can’t feed their child!

Disgusted with the fact that a breast-feeding mother couldn’t feed her baby in peace and was harassed by one of your Employees. So she can buy food and feed her mouth, but can’t properly feed her baby. Your employees need to be trained about the laws!
