I’ve worked at 3 different sonic’s and i can tell you this has got to be the slowest, inconsistent and unmanaged sonic i’ve been to. i only go here because it’s close to work but the foods always old and they have never got one meal all the way correct. Also consistently forget side sauces as if they’re going bankrupt if they hand them out.

Had a coupon show up in the app, and didn’t feel like cooking so figured why not?Set the pick up time for 8:25.Arrived, couldn’t check in, because the order stall wasn’t working properly. So hit the button and let them know I was there to pick up an app order. The voice said it would be right out.Waited over 15 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready when I got there, was about to leave, when the order came out at 8:44!No apologies, nothing. Wrote down the time on the receipt, and will be calling corporate on Monday.This was the 23rd street location, as Dowlen Road has been making me wait, and that’s not happening on a pick up order.Even after everything, the order was made wrong, no seasoning, and not worth the wait.

Hubby and I decided to visit since we hadn't had sonic in awhile. I had the chili cheese coney and it was fresh and delicious. He had the #1 meal cheeseburger with tots and drink and he enjoyed his food as well. Didn't take long to come out and the car hopper was really sweet.

No tomatoes on my double meat cheese burger and hardly any lettuce and no cherry in my slushy.
Cannot even remember how many years I have been enjoying chocolate fudge sundaes from Sonic. Love 'em. Every now and then I order fries and a 'busy' chili-hot dog. Even more recently, I had a corn dog and poppers. For me, this is a win-win stop in.
