I usually have to wait forever for any service here and when i did get some service I ordered a cherry coke and i guess they forgot to put the coke in it its a straight red drink. Crappy service and employees is why Sonics and other businesses are shutting down. Ridiculous because sonic used to be great. Its going down hill quick.

Waited literally 35 minutes to receive this. I get this is a fast food job, but bruh. I started a phone call after I ordered which is why I know it was 35 minutes before I got the food. 3 out of 4 thing on the order was wrong. They took it back to “fix it” and it was still wrong. I normally don’t post bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time this sonic location has given me nonsense. I just want a refund.

i usually order drinks from here 2-3 times a week because it is closed around noon service is fine but whenever i order after 4 pm it’s like no one is paying attention to the costumers. I’ve sat at the drive thru for over 15 minutes on multiple occasions which should not be the case. i’m not sure if yall are neglectful or there isn’t enough staff, but it is really aggravating. i don’t mean to bring anyone down, i would love to just have good service throughout the day every day.
