I have tried, 3 separate times, this week to order at both the drive thru and stalls without any staff acknowledging me, much less taking my order, after waiting 10 minutes (minimum). I was trying to give em another chance since the last time they forgot part of my order and what I did get was TERRIBLE!

I went to Sonic just now probably about 6:20pm and the black girl that was working drive thru told me they don't partial payment and I told her to take the money I gave her and I would pay thr rest with my debit card and she git mad and threw all my xhange at me abd all the xhsnge wrnt everywhere and it pissed me odf i go to that sonic all the rome and they always do partial payment so she started ti flip me odf thenu calkwd her the n word and the fat blavk dude started recording butehy wasnt he recirdinb when the black girl was cusding and flipping me off so i knoe sonic had cameras so check your cameras and i got mad and started hitting on the window because that was disrespectful for her to throw my money and I hope she gets fired for doing that what worker does that and throw money at the customer that's why I need to start hiring other people instead of them

Haven't been to the Sonic in a long time, figured I would give it another shot. Popcorn chicken was okay, my cream slushie had almost no cream in it and smells like spoiled milk. I get cream slushies all the time never had one stink before.Disgusting.

17 minutes just for them to tell us they’re out of corn dogs, on an order that had 7 corn dogs (not a $.50 corn dog day either). There was a $7.65 tip on there too…. Guess they straight up walked away with my money on that one. It’s now been 24 mins and still waiting for our food.
Got a medium order of mozzarella sticks and they shorted me one.. tried to call and the voicemail says it’s full.. how pathetic and ridiculous for this to be a business and can’t even call to correct something!

Went through stalls to order ALMOST All IS BROKEN DOWN...WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH TO ORDER OUT OF SERVICE ....TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE THEY ASK HOW CAN I HELP YOU SAD & 20 MORE MINUTES WAITING ON TWO HOT DOG that tasted HORRIBLE..JUST SHUT THE WHOLE SONIC DOWN!!

When you order through doordash or grubhub these people don't know what they are doing. Confermation is sent to your phone and driver but they act like they never got it(though oddly she told me what I had ordered if she never got it) They don;t call and tell you, they wait about 30 to 45 and do nothing, if you call they cancel it, if you call again even the next day on a new order they just don't pick up, It's the manager, she isn't trained in the system and so the employees aren't trained. She needs to go to sonic school or step down for another manager

The young man at the window wasn’t friendly left off the extra long coney , chicken sandwich looks refried and not fresh, the size of a chicken nugget. The number cheeseburger patty was old and hard . Very disappointed in this visit.
