I really don’t know what happen this year, but as of 2024, the service is horrible, menus don’t work atleast 8 I pulled into, food is never fresh anymore. Drinks with cherry never receive the cherry. This is my family of 4 and atleast the 3 visits now. The place is not decorated anymore. Looks like a franchise.. ran down.. absolutely not the place to eat. Go anywhere else!

Unfortunately, this Sonic has gone downhill. They used to be the best when I was younger. Food is always cold or burnt, server's are rude, and they take a long time to get your order out.

Stopped by the drive thru for a quick snack today, these girls were working their butts off....they got all our food out very quickly and our order was correct. The girl that brought our food out was very sweet and friendly, that's so refreshing! Anyways thought I'd share10-19-13 @ 4:30pm

The chili dog was cold with hardly any chili; the weiner was hard as a brick. The mozzarella sticks were cold and hard and they forgot the marina sauce. The tater tots were cold. The bacon double cheeseburger was very cold. We trashed everything but the ocean water and cherry limeade. It was really a box of trash. I should have trusted my first mind and went somewhere else.

Every time we go there we can't get any service. They cut us off as we are ordering our food then never answere after we push the button again to finish our order. Then don't give you happy hour prices and charges you for every individual item you order instead of making it a value meal or combo. This place is a JOKE!!!!

We waited for over 10 minutes and as other vehicles pulled in, gave their orders, we were still waiting to place our order! So we left. This has never happened at any other Sonic. Do you know how hard it is to explain to a 4 yr old why he can't get a drink?! I wish I could leave ZERO stars!

Eating here now! Trying to order #1 Cheeseburger without tomatoes, no mayonnaise, and lite mustard…… clerk tells me ok no tomatoes what do you want for sides ,?I tell her fries and a large half and half tea…. She rushes my order then comes back and says what are your sides????? Then I tell her I need to talk to her about no mayo on the burger and she sends someone out to tell me that there is no mayonnaise on our burgers very rudely!!! I believe the sign says ketchup and mayonnaise!!! Got the burger and what does it have on it , mayonnaise and no mustard!!! Go figure. I would say some of the new people need to know their menu and be just a little nicer. Been frequent customer here for 16 years!! Will need to reconsider!!!

Great overall customer service experience including the waiting time and the friendliness of the staff members. In my humble opinion.Vegetarian options: The fries and the tatortos are exceptional. A great vegan option for anyone looking for great food while trying to stay health conscious. The Cinnasnacks are good as well if you're looking for desert. In my humble opinion.Parking: The parking lot is exceptional whenever you're looking for a convenient place to park in the shade to escape the hot sunlight. In my humble opinion.
