Popped in yesterday am for a quick coffee not knowing it was holiday drop day, they were slammed!! I didn’t prepare for the wait and had to leave without my coffee, totally MY FAULT. When I finally was able to go back they hooked me up with a refund, a gift card and my coffees I originally ordered. Above and beyond when it was my fault. The employees here are super attentive and super friendly. 10/10 they went all the way out of their way to make my day better and that was amazing and appreciated.

My Husband and I stopped by for a quick coffee yesterday 11/6/25- not knowing it was their holiday drop morning. I had a doctor appt, and ended up having to leave without my coffee, fault of my own. When I was able to go back, they immediatly remembered me, refunded my order and made my coffees for free. Also gave me a gift card for next time. They had no fault yesterday, but went all the way out of their way to keep the customer happy. 10/10 only starbies in Bmt I’ll use. The customer service here is so so so amazing, Every employee has an amazing attitude and super helpful.

So I went to Starbucks and asked for a vanilla latte. Easy right? NOPE!! They gave me a pumpkin spice thing that tasted like fall threw up. I went back, they said sorry, and gave me another one. This time it was mocha. Still not vanilla.

Third try, I’m thinking okay this has to be it. Nope again. Peppermint. At this point I just laughed. The barista said I could keep all three, so I walked out with an arm full of coffee like some caffeine dragon. Did I sleep that night? No. Was it worth it? Hell yeah.

When I pay $8 for a cup of coffee, I expect the drink to be made with the options I chose. Not the employee marking through my choices and putting in whatever they choose. Never said a word about it when the coffee was picked up. Won’t be back to this location.

People are nice and courteous, the inside appears to be clean and kept. Unfortunately My Caffe’ Mocha was extremely sub-par. If we had not been on the road before we tasted we would have returned it. The Caramel Macchiato was to expectations.

We love Starbucks everytime I go home to Texas we go directly to this Starbucks, it was even funny to watch people see fake money by the drive thru blowing around it was 100 dollar bill 10 and a 5 lol everyone 😅 😂 🙃 was looking
