Today i tried to order a few treats for the kids and 2 venti large waters. When ordering you always want to see what's new but as I tried to order the girl taking orders stating I couldn't just order waters in which i wasn't done

Sour espressos. They used to do it right where the coffee taste bitter, now, straight up sour and no smell of coffee.

Had the worst experience with the store manager... someone clearly needs another job.

Would’ve rated higher if they weren’t so slow. I mobile ordered, went inside and waited 20 minutes from the time my order was sent in for my 1 drink before waiting an additional 10 minutes in line to get a refund because no coffee is good enough to wait all day for. Other than that, it’s fine. Just don’t come here (walk in or drive thru) if you have anything to do after getting your coffee. The one inside Kroger is usually faster but the baristas there are hit or miss when it comes to customer service. The ones at this location are all nice.

Every time I pick up my wife's coffee it takes forever. I ordered in store and after 30 minutes tried to see where my order was. The excuse I was given is that "I'm still working on orders I received over an hour ago." Unfortunately, people who came in 15 minutes after me and had similar orders got theirs 5-10 minutes before mine. After I brought it to her attention she then found my order like magic and made it so I could leave. I think they need more people working there with the amount of orders they get.

I am a regular Starbucks customer and I am a creature of habit. I regularly order the same drinks. I ordered a dragonfruit açaí refresher with no lemonade. I was given a straight lemonade and the barista argued with me that it was the dragonfruit I ordered. Then I told her we were missing a drink from our order and she just said ok and looked at me for a while before going to find it. Both coffees were ice cold as was our “warmed” bread. The peppermint mocha I ordered had so much chocolate in it that it was too thick and sweet to even drink. When I got home and poured it out there was over a quarter of the bottom of the cup filled with chocolate.

Horrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Waited over 15 minutes to pick a DoorDash order. Totally unacceptable. The employees hate to talk to customers.

I was in Starbucks with my wife on September 15 of this year at approximately 8 PM a black female with pink in her hair had a terrible attitude then I tried to call to report her and the phone has been unavailable for the last six hours And the last time I checked, it was still unavailable so it’s been a total of 10 hours nearly and just to be a little bit more specific. The individual was wearing a mask as well so I really couldn’t identify the gender, but they know who I’m talking about if they read this shame on you

They changed the medicine ball did not post anywhere it doesn't taste the same it's nasty they use chamomile mint blossom they use to use a plan teavana mint and a peach was so much better well My son is allergic to chamomile. If they are going to change something it should be known. My son is ok but this could have been bad

Not a fan of Starbucks to begin with, it’s just not for me. Only stop here for the wife. But I had her get me one of the new energy drinks. The young high school girl with braided black hair working seemed to have a little attitude while I was searching for my drink because what was up there looked nothing like the picture online. The energy drink looked like sprite in a cup. She says “ wellllll, this says tropical energy and your name…. Sooo…” I told her my confusion… that it didn’t look anything like online, looked like soda water…. She proceeded to remake it the same way… the picture looks like the drink is half what ever energy drink she poured in there and half syrup or tea. It was a full can of energy drink and a splash of tea. Figured that couldn’t be right, end of story, little girl needs to know her measurements on the drinks before she gets snippy because she’s making drinks that don’t look anything like what it’s supposed to.
