This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried several different days of the week and times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the drive through takes close to (if not more than) 20 minutes (even if there’s only two other cars). My fiancée HATES it and starts a stopwatch when we come here because the drive through wait is so bad.

When you pay almost 7.00 bucks for a coffee drink, you should be getting a thank you and have a good day from the employee at the drive-thru window.

This place is racist ! I brought my 8 year old here we order our Starbucks and cake pop we sat there for 35 minutes the white people came order with the same girl they sat and boom their stuff was made and they got theirs ! So because we black we get no good customer service treatment ! Something need to be done about this ! I am livid and for my daughter to witness is unacceptable

Guy wearing a beanie with cat ears messed my drink up and when he was remaking it he rushed it and made the drink taste way differently from normal and was throwing things around. Don’t recommend ordering when he’s working.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered an iced coffee and waited over 25 minutes. When I inquired, I was told it would take even longer. This is unacceptable for a simple iced drink. I would appreciate a refund.

Did not have several drinks that were on the menu they said they were out of stock, i added a flavored syrup to one of our drinks and when the drink came without they syrup we let them know it's missing and the cashier said they don't sell it (without even checking and even tho i order this drink all the time). Or even offering an alternative. It seemed like she didn't wanna make anything or even be there even though there was no line. Worst Starbucks in the area.

I am was very skeptical of Starbucks due to recent experiences that have been not well at all but I decided to give in and give them another chance so i order my usual drink I order the same drink almost every time so I can generally look at it tell if is not right or is spot on , I always ask for light ice , well today I got a cup full of ice and what looks like 2 shots of espresso no add on other then the cold foam I added needless to say I am very disappointed and will not be returning I will be making it at home in a Starbucks cup 😂

Order a venti cookies crumble mocha in a drive thru. Barista made grande I would have take it. But she herself realized the mistake crushed some ice added it to make it a venti.
Whole drink got spoiled

EXTREMELY slow drive through. Ordered ahead to grab coffee on the way somewhere before they closed, and the line took around 30 minutes. Clearly understaffed and I am not blaming the workers. Definitely blaming management.

This Starbucks is trash! They closed the lobby without letting the online orders know and my coffee was sitting there for 30 minutes! The girl who answered the phone was very unprofessional they did not even apologize for making the mistake of closing the lobby. Never had I experienced this type of behavior from Starbucks.

I mobile ordered my drinks, at 2:05pm drove 1.8 miles to pick them up (about 8 minutes)and it was 2:54pm before my 2nd drink was _finally_ handed to me!! 🤯 If I could have gotten out of that line I most certainly would have!
The shift manager said they were short staffed and that the store manager often makes the schedule with only 3 people working. I tried calling the store manager several times to express my frustration but got a busy signal each time.
Thankfully the shift manager refunded my money. And thankfully this is not my regular Starbucks!
