I showed up at lunch time around 12:15pm. I noticed the line starts here sign was blocking the entrance but there was someone working behind the counter so I asked if they were open and the employee seemed annoyed that I had asked and just replied, “no.”. Then I asked when they would be opening and she replied, “I don’t know, I’m still opening.” Seemed unprofessional and it was not a well kept location.

Service is terrible and they’re the slowest… I ordered pick up through drive through and it took 25 minutes, and then they had it sitting on the pick-up table inside I had no idea… I waiting even longer before finding out… worst Starbucks

I have never liked Starbucks and I still don’t. However, I had to pick up an order for my fiance and her family and the atmosphere inside was pretty nice. They got drinks out quick and the staff was welcoming and nice. Overall it was a good experience.

I regularly order the shaken espresso at other Starbucks and the amount of ice that was added at this location was honestly a little bit shocking. For an over $7.00 drink, I paid for 3/4 of a cup of ice. We were not impressed.

I drove 10 minutes to get to this Starbucks around 6 AM, expecting a quick stop since the store was empty. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my drink without being greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. When I asked about my order, the employee walked away slowly without saying a word. The poor barista making the drinks clearly needed more help and support from the rest of the team. Very disappointing experience, especially during such a quiet time.

Ms Tanisha was hands down the best “Starbucks Lady” I’ve encountered in the midst of rush hour she took time to ask me an my day and when I couldn’t make up my mind she gave me some really good options to get that pick me up I was needing at that 5PM LULL! Thank you Tanisha your kindness and sweet personality is magnetic 💚☕️🤍☕️

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried several different days of the week and times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the drive through takes close to (if not more than) 20 minutes (even if there’s only two other cars). My fiancée HATES it and starts a stopwatch when we come here because the drive through wait is so bad.

When you pay almost 7.00 bucks for a coffee drink, you should be getting a thank you and have a good day from the employee at the drive-thru window.
Come on, starbucks.

This place is racist ! I brought my 8 year old here we order our Starbucks and cake pop we sat there for 35 minutes the white people came order with the same girl they sat and boom their stuff was made and they got theirs ! So because we black we get no good customer service treatment ! Something need to be done about this ! I am livid and for my daughter to witness is unacceptable

Guy wearing a beanie with cat ears messed my drink up and when he was remaking it he rushed it and made the drink taste way differently from normal and was throwing things around. Don’t recommend ordering when he’s working.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered an iced coffee and waited over 25 minutes. When I inquired, I was told it would take even longer. This is unacceptable for a simple iced drink. I would appreciate a refund.
