This was our first time at this location. There was a long line. The girl behind the counter was training the other girl behind the counter. She was very patient with her. We both ordered a hot latte. The wait in line was a bit long. But that's expected when there's only 2 people working and one of which is training. The coffee was good. I got my favorite. Cinnamon Dolce Latte
I wasn’t going to come in and get a Starbucks because I’ve only had bad experiences but my son wanted a drink that he had seen online so we took a chance and went in. There was only one girl working behind the counter her name was Tamra she was the sweetest and kindest employee I’ve ever met at a Starbucks. And even though we had to wait she made it the best experience and I’m so grateful for people like her.
I hadn't even purchased my drink from here today. I picked it up on the other side of town and on my way back I dropped the drink I had taken only 1sip out of. In making conversation and saying that I dropped my first drink and wanted to buy another, she insisted that she make me one because that was no way to start my day. It did absolutely change my outlook for today. I very much appreciate this simple act.Thank you very much.
