I came in person and ordered 1 coffee at the counter. Another woman walked in and also ordered 1 coffee after me. Tell me why the barista made HER drink and handed it to her before even starting on mine? It wasn’t busy so there was no reason to mix up the order of things. The customer service here sucks. Any logical barista would make drinks in the order that they were placed.

The young lady this morning, making my coffee was amazing. She gave me a lot a lot of extra crunch she made my drink perfect. I wish I would’ve got her name. I appreciate you guys. Thank you so much.

Stood at counter for 15 minutes without an employee acknowledging me. Had to bring a customer cold coffee when it should have been hot. If Starbucks hates DoorDash so much get off the platform. I continue to have bad customer experiences at all Starbucks locations. I would not personally give my business to Starbucks if you offered me a million dollars.

Coming from a former partner who actually used to work at this store....it is awful. I get a very simple drink and it is always made wrong. The number of espresso shots is never correct, no ice and the drink is always dripping. Not to mention the attitude and customer service is subpar. My drink was actually made very quickly today but seems to only have one shot of espresso and all water. I'm sorry but this store has gone down hill on all levels.
While there are a select few workers who are fantastic. Most of the employees here are awful. I’m not sure if the lady with glasses is the manager or what but she is rude.
We pay enough as it is for the drinks, we want them to be made right. When asked to get my drink fixed because it tasted terrible they refused to make me a new one. Drive thru is always way too slow, at least 20-25 minute wait.This is not just a one off, this is every time. I won’t be going back to this location.

I've been coming here throughout several years. In the past it would take a long time to go through the drive thru and I would have to plan to wait 30 minutes. Thankfully this is no longer the case, which is good for my tastebuds, and bad for my wallet because I'm coming so much more often. Haha. The staff is kind, and it seems like lately in the mornings there is little to no wait at all, which is shocking to me. When I go inside the store is clean and the staff is always ready to answer any questions you may have. My drinks always come out great, and I appreciate the staff for making them quickly and accurately. Keep up the great work!

If this is the one in Beaumont, TX is was fantastic!! Customer service was impeccable; I wanted extra Chia in my tea, they were accommadating and asked was it to my satisfaction when l took a sip.!!! YAY!!!

I had to wait 25 minutes for a Strawberry lemonade aćai drink, this location on Dowlen is close to my house but ill drive to the one in Nederland which is 25 minutes away for better service from now on. Please get better management and staff

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Been living here for 5 years and the past few years it's been awful. The GM is horrible. They treat customers awful and the food/ drinks are disgusting. They use dark espresso instead of blonde in drinks that should have it. If you ask for light ice they just give you a half empty drink they don't even top it off with milk. They just give you an $8 half drink.The chicken sandwich is HORRENDOUS. It's literally a frozen chicken nugget that they microwave and mine was still chewy and a little frozen and soggy. The bread is tasteless cardboard. You'll easily wait at least 30 mins here whether you order ahead or in the drive thru. And again- the employees have a terrible attitude. When you're waiting at the window your drink will just be sitting there, melting while they're either talking and messing around or just gone.I've complained several times. They either need to replace the GM or just shut this location down. I drive all the way across town just to go to the one on college now.

My experience with Starbucks yesterday was terrible. Only giving one star because I can’t give less… the attitude of one specific employee is terrible! After waiting in the drive thru for probably 30 minutes I finally received my drinks and food only to be met with rude service… even when I ordered at the screen you could hear the tone and bad attitude. After paying and being given my food still waiting for my drinks I look through the window and see my drink just sitting there. Wondering why it’s just sitting there melting the barista finally comes to the window and hands me a drink. (Not the one that I was watching melt) I proceed to say “I ordered two drinks” in which the barista says in a very rude snappy tone “I know”. I’ve given this location multiple chances but do not think I will be back… as someone who works in the service industry I don’t care if I’m having a bad day or not I always treat every customer with kindness.
