Currently under construction until 2026. Food is the same as any Starbucks and the staff changes regularly as the students begin their studies and graduation. This can make it difficult to keep good staff but they seem to keep up with Rush hours.

Vegetarian options: There are no carnivoran dishes

Parking: You have to walk there, the only vehicle access is reserved parking for students and staff.

Kid-friendliness: Having seen any kids here.

The last couple of weeks have been hit or miss. The evening staff is generally the nicer staff and super patient. The morning staff seems to be where I run into trouble with being rushed and having an attitude for taking long. I could understand if I was holding up a line on a busy day, but I was standing at the back of the cafe, towards the library, and off to the side— and was still shouted at to get my order. No one else was in line and I was visibly on my phone, as I was looking at the menu from my phone to figure out how to order a specific coffee a barista made for me yesterday. As someone with anxiety and hard of hearing, the whole interaction was incredibly off putting. I can understand being frustrated in a customer service job, however, the interaction from start to finish was just rude.

The girl taking my order was very rude and spoke to me like she had an attitude with me when I don’t even know her. She also made my friend re-state her order 4 times (if she didn’t hear her thats fine but I don’t think that was even the case), and when my friend got her drink, it didn’t even have the ONE thing she wanted on top. Yall need to get friendlier cashiers.

I am grown man and i still have not experienced this before. While i was getting my unicorn frap some girl said “can you be my sugar daddy” and then i said yes ofc and now we are happily married. Thank you Starbucks for helping me find true love ☺️♥️☺️

Great spot on campus for coffee, cookies and pastries. The library also have a lovely lounge to sit back, study and have a sip of coffee. Staff is friendly :)

One of the workers wasn't fully wearing her mask and was snide about covering her mouth and nose when asked to do so. Even though we were both vaccinated, I don't want strangers breathing on my food/drinks.

I want to share my AWESOME experience thanks to Starbucks barista David. Let me start by telling you, I was having breakfast that morning at Ihop, right behind the starbuck store. Let me just say that my experience was horrid.. I did not have either good coffee or food. I was so mad and upset when I left. I pulled right in to Starbucks, I told my mom, I at least want a good cup Joe. I ordered my coffee, go up to the window and when I try to pay with my Starbucks app, I am short. When I opened the app, it said I had like $23, but in reality, I only had like $2. I tried my best not loose it, but it showed, I was trying to add money to the app, and because I was already frustrated, I think I was fumbling my phone or what not, but David noticed. Let me tell you what this man did. He reached out to me gave me my coffee and said, "do not even worry about it, TODAY, your coffee is on me". I know a little cup is not much to boast about, but it turned my day right around. Thank you David!..

Service here is a hit and miss. The product is usually always spot on. Today i witnessed the line backing up and instead of helping, an employee continued to sweep the floor when there was a line of about 15 people, and another employee on the regesiter was running around crazy to take orders and make the food orders. Customer service is not their priority.
