Restaurant was super clean and well managed. However,Shay needs a raise or a bonus something. She was the only employee working and was holding down the fort with a happy attitude and wonderful customer service. If she's doing the work of 3 people while being a rockstar, she should be compensated in my opinion. Thank you for a wonderful experience Shay!
This location should be ashamed of themselves. They don't deserve any stars. My husband went to get 4 sandwiches for our family, at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, in a break from burying our beloved dog because we hadn't eaten all day, and they REFUSED to make the sandwiches, saying that was a catering- sized order and it must be placed online. Are you kidding me??? FOR FOUR SANDWICHES??? They disgust me, and we will never return to that location.

Ordered online and literally the only thing right about the sandwiches is the vegetables. Wrong bread, wrong meat, no cheese at all, not toasted, overall just super disappointing. Getting the wrong meat after I paid extra for the one I wanted is especially frustrating.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service at Subway on Phelan and 23rd ST over the past several weeks. I have encountered consistent issues with both product availability and staff behavior, which have made my experiences increasingly frustrating.
For the last three weeks, the bread options during the day have been extremely limited, with only white or ghost pepper bread available. While I have still placed my order despite this inconvenience, the lack of variety is disappointing.
More concerning, however, is the behavior of the staff. I have observed employees being inattentive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of providing good customer service, they are often dancing, playing loud music, and ignoring customers. On multiple occasions, I have experienced staff rolling their eyes or even attempting to start confrontations with customers, which is completely unacceptable.
I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately. Customer service and professionalism should be a priority, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve the overall experience at this location.
I appreciate your time in reviewing my concerns and look forward to your response on how these matters will be addressed.
Waited in the front for 10 minutes and no one even bother to help. I heard people talking in the back and one worker saw me but turned around and went back inside. Waited another 2 minutes with no response. Left. If you want food, go somewhere else. I think this place is closed.

Walked in to 1 person behind the counter. After begrudgingly coming over to help me and asking my order, I was told there were only white and wheat bread available. Not a greeting....nothing. Finally pay for my order, go to fill my drink, and no ice. Waited for someone else to finally emerge from the back about 3 minutes later, and they just took my cup and filled it with ice somewhere in the back. More somber than a funeral. To top it all off, a homeless man wheeled in, emptied the contents of his personal bag on a table, and began eating whatever was in his personal paper sack.
At that point I decided to just take my food and go.
I won't be back.

Red hair lady is so rude! Second time we went there! second and last time! The first time manager was so great! We had to left no even eat!!

Online orders are being prioritized over people standing in line. I saw/ heard two online orders come through after myself and others inline had arrived for service. The online orders were filled first and additional orders were being staged ahead of us which left us standing in line for 20+ minutes. I left before being helped due to time constraints.

Worker was extremely rude, I was in shock at how this woman handled herself... Food was just as bad.. do your self a favor don't order here.... Go to Jimmy John's for your sandwich fix....
Pretzel hard as a crouton. Sandwich just thrown together, they could care less, just want to hurry to the next one.
I will never order from here again. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Every time I come to this subway I get charged 16 dollars for a sandwich cookies and drink ...in other subways I get charged 11 or 12 bucks for exactly the same thing ... the workers don't know what they're doing when it comes changing you
