Made an online order and it said it was done. The store called Me and told me they did not have ANY of the ingredients to make my meal not even any bread was in the building. I asked the employee that called me can I just have it made at another store my order was $30 and that's how I was feeding my family that night while I was working. I was told that can never happen and I'm not a manager so I don't even know how to give u a refund or what to do. Come back another time to pick up your order. Which I was way in Houston. 30 dollars wasted and was never compensated. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. This is not the first time I've ordered from this place and the same exact thing happened. So 1st time shame on Subway 2nd time shame on me for even ordering again. IT WON'T BE A THIRD TIME... SUBWAY LOST MY FAMILY BUSINESS!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ?DO NOT GO

I placed an order for 2 subs in app for the BOGO because this was the closest participating location that was open. I had an hour and a half before starting a 10 hour shift with no lunch break and I didn't want to pay for delivery so I was going to have a 6 inch for breakfast and bring a footlong to work with me while saving the last 6 inch for tomorrow. The store was closed, lights off, while the hours showed they should be open. The app had the audacity to tell me my order was complete, and there is no contact number for customer service so I have been waiting to hear back (hopefully) from the contact us section in the app. So to recap, they took my money, told me my food was ready at a store that was not even open, and have made it impossible to get in touch with them to just get them to make it at another open location, so I either have to go without food today or spend way more money getting food delivered which I was intentionally trying to avoid doing

They runout of ingredients, they put just a little portion of what I want and cheese, also they don’t have Doritos. They’re respectfully guys but the service is too slow, even the the bread it was so hard to bite, so toasted, they should management this Subway good and administrative his inventory and get a best service.

Our orders were made with expediency & love. The lady that prepared our food had a pleasant disposition & had us laughing. The restaurant was very clean & obviously well maintained. Every customer that came in after us, were obviously regulars that knew the lady as well & laughed & with her as well as she took care of them all expeditiously & with professionalism.

This Subway used to be a class act. Then the management changed and now this place is in the toilet. The prices are jacked up and they are out of things regularly, like out of wheat bread. I have been in there several times recently and had to leave without buying anything. Such a waste of time. This place is close to my job and I have been there weekly for over ten years. I saw a very negative change when Miss April left. She had a kind heart and her customers loved her. Too bad this new crew didn’t take a page out of her book!
