Go to Mariselas instead!! I was asked the very second I walked in to purchase something to be able to use the bathroom. So unfortunately cannot pee before I buy food. That helped me decide to NOT eat at subway. That’s super sketchy right. Anyway it’s at a Tesla charger. Go to Mariselas. They do not have human decency and respect. Very disturbing policy. I’ve been at purchase required places and a subway in the middle of nowhere will be losing business.

Recently, I had a fantastic experience at Subway that I must share. The service was impeccable; the staff greeted me warmly and swiftly prepared my sandwich exactly as I ordered. The freshly baked bread was the highlight, perfectly crunchy on the outside yet soft inside. The veggies were crisp and plentiful, and the sauces added just the right amount of flavor. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making my visit enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, Subway exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to my next visit!

As we all know, road construction can be a monster. Decided to go to this subway since we been on the road awhile. Asked for the key to restroom, and was told I had to make a purchase. Not a very welcoming feeling. Hours on the road and walking into that. I won’t be required to spend my money at a restaurant. Just left.

I went to this location and got a teriyaki chicken footlong sandwich and everything else was good but the chicken tasted like they just got it out of the freezer. I’m only disappointed because this has happened multiple times and nothing has changed. Service is okay but there’s the guy at the counter he was talking about wanting to fight a customer for being right which I feel like that was very unprofessional and out of line for him to say that to a customer so confidently.

I went to this location today to get a simple 6 in sandwich and I wish I just made food at home. Everything was fine until the guy making my food started wiping his nose while my sandwich was in the toaster. He was using his wrist but it was disgusting. He did it several times with no washing hands or glove changes. He continued to add the other toppings on like me didn't do anything wrong.When I got to my car I was disgusted and didn't want to eat it so I went back in and asked for a refund or for my food to simply be remade. The girl at the corner said the manger left and she couldn't do anything about it while the guy who made my food was getting upset and said nothing was wrong with my sandwich. He said he was just wiping off sweat( from your nose??) like that sounds any better. The girl just said this hasn't happened before and she couldn't even remake it. I wasn't going to make a big deal over $8 sandwich so I just left. But I'm definitely not going to this location again and I threw the sandwich away.

Staff was expressionless. Can't speak on friendliness but... after receiving the food I visited their men's bathroom and it smelled like poop, toilet was dirty, seat doesn't stay up. Doesn't seem like they are attending to it. I quickly had to wash my hands and run out of there. Poorly managed it seems. At this point, is my food clean? Are their hands clean?

I would give it a zero. Took 10 minutes for them to stop talking and come up front to say hello, just to be told, "I have to do the bread count before. " No... that isn't correct. You lost 2 customers right then. 2/15 @ 815p.

This was our 2nd and last time here. First time asked for a regular steak sub from the build your own sub menu. The new girl was confused trying to find a number on the menu. I had to explain 3 times it was just a regular steak sub, not a signature sandwich. The other employee/ (manager?) Was sitting at a table playing on her phone. When the new girl was confused she never got up to help and argued with me to pick a signature sandwich.This time we ordered a sandwich with meatballs . They didn't have enough to make the sub. Never came up with another solution. Never added more. Wife and I were both going to order one. That's out now.No one else in the store. Same woman as before sitting playing on her phone in the same table as previous visit. Never helped or did anything besides get up and grab the change from the tip jar and go back to playing on her phone.Another customer walked in behind us and wanted meat ball sub. He wasn't happy they were out either and settled for something else. The worker helping me argued with me about banana peppers/ pepper ring/ yellow peppers. I don't care what you want to call them. Regionally they are called many different things. Just put them on the sandwich.Overall, one bad experience..eh ok, it happens. Two bad experiences, nah its just how this one is managed. Never again.
