This location will allow coupons and promotions on the app then cancel your order so they don't have to honor them, so you show up to NO FOOD and takes a week for a refund! Cheap and awful business practice!

We ordered online and went to pick it up and they said they voided it because they don’t “participate in any promotions” offered by every other subway. But they never voided it and still charged for the food that they said they cannot make or give to us

Closed before time has posted on the window didnt even acknoledged me
They charged me and my husband and 20% that we didn’t approve. My sandwich was somewhere around $8 and when it charged to my card it was $10. I was told one price and charged another- the receipt confirms they charged a tip. I really wouldn’t mind but what it with the dishonesty?

This is my usual go to subway location however, as of today I may have to discontinue coming to this location. I made 2 attempts to use the drive thru. The first attempt, I never received any greeting at the drive thru. I had other food items that I decided to bring home rather than wait in the drive thru. As I was driving to leave, I noticed other cars and a few customers inside, so it was clearly opened. The second trip I made to this same location, the same thing occurred. No greeting at the drive thru in order to place an order. What was really disturbing this time was upon leaving, there were 2 workers sitting at a booth. There were no signs at the drive thru or at the front of the store that indicated there was any issues. This was such an unfortunate experience as I have been extremely sick and barely had enough strength to drive, otherwise I would have went inside to find out what was the issue. Customer service should always come first!

do not go there. They had a roach in my food. Disgusting.
Bread it’s extremely small and thin looks like a hot dog and meatballs are little bitty they look like food for kids and very expensive, they gave me just 3 thin napkins those from the dollar store and they have them in the back so you can’t grab more, it looks to me they’re trying to save money in everything, first and last time.

We are from out of town. We are staying at a nearby hotel. We came here. The staff were excellent. Made the sandwiches . They ran out of lettuce and it was close to closing. Manager went to go get some more. She didn’t have to do that. They were nice and sandwiches did the job. We will come back .
