I called around 1015 am on Saturday to get one small tray and the lady who answered said it would be no problem. Yet I called the on on 23rd and they said they could not make it due to not having to have a 24 hour notice. I almost got the tray from HEB, but the lady at college made it work, thank you ma’am!

The manager, in the purple shirt who complimented my granddaughter was friendly! But she needs to have a meeting with her staff! Just there, no customer service, food not good at all! Which the food comment is for EVERY SUBWAY ALWAYS HIT or MISS! BUT seems like prices go up every 6 months!

Had ordered online, it was done on time and exactly as ordered, guy that did take care of my order was very nice, and did great job. This will be our go too for subs and such now.

8/30/24... guy working didn't have much personality, didn't ask what kind of cheese.. put whatever kind of ranch he wanted on there.. like damn dude ?.. I can deal with the sandwich, but hire someone a little more enthusiastic? Won't be back to this one

I am a regular at subway but first time at this location. This is the location next to UPS. They were selective about which coupons they accepted. I called to inquire first about my coupon, she said yes over the phone, then no in person. The vegetables were not fresh but very wilted and frost bitten. The server did not offer to get fresh vegetables.
