Had ordered online, it was done on time and exactly as ordered, guy that did take care of my order was very nice, and did great job. This will be our go too for subs and such now.

I am a regular at subway but first time at this location. This is the location next to UPS. They were selective about which coupons they accepted. I called to inquire first about my coupon, she said yes over the phone, then no in person. The vegetables were not fresh but very wilted and frost bitten. The server did not offer to get fresh vegetables.

This will be a very candid review. I am normally excited for a great sandwich. While I can tell that the person helping me was obviously new and trying his hardest, the other employees were not watching over the new employee. Ordering my sandwich was extremely frustrating. Originally asked for one of the new pre-set up sandwiches on the menu. When he was struggling to get how to build the sandwich, I told him, "Never mind, just get me a flatbread sandwich." He spent a few minutes staring at the bread cabinet, trying to figure out where the Flatbread is. Meanwhile, the other employee had other patrons going around me, building their sandwiches. This was a long, drawn-out process, and I understand he is new and needs to learn. However, he should not be doing things himself when he is clearly lost and trying to learn his way around the kitchen. The sandwich was very poorly built with a heavy clump of salt/pepper in some spots, which made it difficult to eat the food i was so excited for.Training staff needs some work. Don't let someone employee or patron suffer from improper training.

Went in around 4 am. In the morning, didn't know Subway was open that early, the young ladys name was Charleta if I'm not mistaken. She was very friendly and courteous. Our food and service was excellent. Outstanding and friendly employee.

This subway was amazing. They made my sandwich under 5 minutes and It tasted sooooo good. I would recommend this subway to anyone. I live in lumberton but I still make the 25 minute drive just to eat here. The manager is very nice.
