The server was very distracted while another server attend very fast and friendly. Two other people got after us and they got their order out before us. It was because the young man was distracted. If i could give it a zero i would. I had 2 encounters with Margie the āmanagerā. First nasty encounter I let it go. Figured she was having a bad day. However today she was reprimanding me for not making it clear in the special instructions how i wanted mu sandwhich. Asked for corporate phone number and with a disgusting attitude said 1800subway. Asked for the manager and condescendingly spelled her name. This is my main subway but because of her i will never go back. I hope the owner sends someone incognito to see what many of their customers are referring to

Lady maling subs was extremely rude. Asked her to heat the steak on my sub but not to toast it...they did not and the steak is ice cold. When brought to their attention i wss screamed at. Will NOT be back. Instead i went across the street to Charlies and got a warm steak sub with great customer service-worth the extra money!

I have had delivery from them for my last three orders and been messed up every time. Today I only got half the order. Order 6 inch with double meat applesauce and a sprite all I received was a regular 6inch and that was it.

we waited in line for 10mins while this white girl was flirting with the customers and they charged me for extra stuff that i didnāt even ask for, thereās no way 2 sandwiches cost over $50 dollars

2/6/2024 3:10 pm Tuesday. My wife pick up sandwiches for us and our bread crumbled all to pieces. Has anyone ever had fresh bread crumble all to pieces. Bad management or bad employee. I'll never go there again. Steven A.

Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes while an associate filled other orders. Was not acknowledged at all until another associate walked in from the back. When I went order, was told that they were out of that particular meat. And the 1st associate that didnt acknowledge me chimes in and tells us that as well. Could have saved me 10 minutes of waiting. Left very unsatisfied.
