The older black lady with glasses that works at this location is disgusting. She was making the mobile orders while another lady was making the orders for walk in customers. I stood in line long enough to see this lady coughing without covering her mouth, constantly sniffing and clearing snot out of her throat (which is not something you want to hear while trying to order food). She was also wearing a very dirty hoodie and when she would lean over to grab sandwich toppings the strings of her hoodie would touch the sandwiches she was making. Absolutely disgusting. She was not washing her hands or changing her gloves between orders. Needless to say, I left without getting a sandwich because I doubt any surface in there is actually clean. All those customers with mobile orders will probably be getting sick within a few days.

They treated me horribly just for being Mexican. I arrived and politely asked for two sandwiches, but they only made one. Another black girl was behind me and decided to ignore my second order to have preference for her sandwich. That made me angry, but in the end, she made me the other one without any desire. The truth is, terrible service. I won't return, and I don't recommend it if you're not a black person.

Every time I visit this location the service is bad. Today I go in and the Manager is MIA I hear her working in the back so I’m patient and I go ahead and make myself a drink and pick out my chip selection and I know they can hear the ice machine dropping ice into my plastic cup and I say hello, hello is anyone here? Just keep hearing what sounds like someone putting dishes on a drying rack. So I say hello again and after another minute or two she comes out. Same manager that came in the door the last time I visited and gets right in the way of another worker that was trying to help me and couldn’t because this manager with the lips tattoo on her neck starts shuffling bread around is right in her space. The time before she was rude when I walked in and she said is it a pick up order I said no and she said our system is down if you put in the order online I can make it for you. Never once has this person said “I’m sorry” or anything to that extent. Always short and always rude. I will not be back because there a sonic across the street that always has great customer service and thank me with a smile every time I go. No more chances for Subway on Phelan!

The older lady was very ugly about everything she said was not very courteous was not informative and refused to be any type of service so I decided to just leave. She continued to sweep the floor for a good five minutes before even taking or trying to take my order, just left us standing there while she finished sweeping the floor and cleaning up behind the counter. She also did not know very much about the menu because she stated that a sandwich wasn’t even being sold there anymore, but it was at another location then she said she just didn’t have the ingredients for it and it happened to be the special of the day. It was just a whole lot of nonsense and management really should do something

The server was very distracted while another server attend very fast and friendly. Two other people got after us and they got their order out before us. It was because the young man was distracted. If i could give it a zero i would. I had 2 encounters with Margie the “manager”. First nasty encounter I let it go. Figured she was having a bad day. However today she was reprimanding me for not making it clear in the special instructions how i wanted mu sandwhich. Asked for corporate phone number and with a disgusting attitude said 1800subway. Asked for the manager and condescendingly spelled her name. This is my main subway but because of her i will never go back. I hope the owner sends someone incognito to see what many of their customers are referring to

Lady maling subs was extremely rude. Asked her to heat the steak on my sub but not to toast it...they did not and the steak is ice cold. When brought to their attention i wss screamed at. Will NOT be back. Instead i went across the street to Charlies and got a warm steak sub with great customer service-worth the extra money!

I have had delivery from them for my last three orders and been messed up every time. Today I only got half the order. Order 6 inch with double meat applesauce and a sprite all I received was a regular 6inch and that was it.
