I went there yesterday during my break from marching band. Told the lady working I was paying with a gift card. she said it “wasn’t going through” even though it took money out of my account. I showed proof of it being purchased, and she said she couldn’t give it to me because it didn’t print a receipt. So not only did I lose money, I didn’t get my food and had to run somewhere else to try and get food 10 minutes before I was supposed to be back at Lamar. I will never go there again, and I want my money back.

Enter the subway asked manger if they still had the $6.99 sub deal she told me no! Went to another subway IH-10 they had it and the workers said they the deal supposed to be still available at any subway till the end of December ummmmm she didn't look like she didn't wanted to serve on me anyway very poor communication 😢 poor greetings...poor service

I ordered off of the app at 12:45 & it was suppose to be ready at 1:20. I went up there & they didn’t even start my order. Dude took his precious time making my sandwich. Then when I got a drink from there , I looked in the cup & saw dirt & bugs floating in my cup. I’m surprised they are still open

People working seem to be in their own world here. I came in 03/01/24 12:15 pm and the only one working was the lady. There were two other boys who seemed high tbh, or maybe just sleepy. One of them was making my sandwhich and was so slow and passive aggressive. Put like 3 pieces of each toppings and after putting Mayo tried to “toss” the bottle and it ended up in the tomatoes. He put the sanwhiches in the bag without wrapping it properly so by the time I got home they were all over the bag. I bought a sandwhich not a “bag salad”. The receipt didn’t have the boys name but I wish he gets fired. Why work if you don’t wanna do your job. ?

Paid for a footlong and was delivered a 6 inch via uber eats. Called the store and notified them of the situation and was told to contact uber eats for a refund because they don't deal with that. I contacted uber eats and basically I lost money, was never refunded and will not order from subway again. ?
