I've only been here once. There was just one sandwich artist trying to fill three orders at the same time. She was overwhelmed, but had a great attitude. My order tasted great and came out perfect despite the chaos.

i made a pick up order for my sandwich. i walked in to pick if up and there were no customers inside. i bring home my sandwich and open it up to find there is only meat and cheese on my sandwich, its missing all the veggies and the sandwich looks like it’s been stepped on, its so flat. considering it is a pick up order and every single ingredient is written out for you, its hard to miss 6 vegetables all together and just close up the sandwich. my wife’s order was also wrong as well. it’s not like it was a rush since i picked up soon after placing the order and no one was there. if i were you i’d take the extra 7 minutes to drive to dowlen because at least they can read.

I’m giving 5 stars only to Paul & Alana they really held it down. The line was going out the door Paul wasn’t scheduled to clock in until 4 but he came in a little before 3 and saw the mayhem that Alana was going through and immediately washed his hands gloved up and went to work. However, the manager BILLY is sorry and trifling he claims he was doing interviews all while his staff was struggling to keep their head above water. He could’ve easily excused himself for a moment to assist these 2 amazing employees. I think Paul & Alana should be in charge.

I called my order in and went to pick it up. I didn't really look at it while I was in the store but waited until I got back to work.

Upon opening the new (Paper) bag because it tore leaving my bowl on the floor which luckily didn't open,and viewing the food, I'm left to wonder why the dressing would be placed on top of the cheese and then the lid placed on the bowl, because it leaves my dressing and the cheese stuck to the lid and hardly any on the salad as shown in the attached photo.

I am further left to wonder why there are such large slices of cheese as well as the strips of chicken and I was not given a knife.

The food was okay it was a Subway quality salad for whatever that's worth. If you are accustomed to Salata, this isn't it but it will do.

Overall, the food was okay I'm just a bit dismayed over the presentation and preparation of the food. It could have been done better and with more consideration of the dining experience.

Side note : They definitely need to bring back the plastic bags!

No bread at a sandwich shop at lunch time is inexcusable. Do better Subway. You may be cheaper than FH but surely can't sell sandwiches without bread!

Slow service, had 3 women up front. I guess 2 of them were training but know nothing about cross contamination because one of them was whipping her sweat with gloves on using her T-shirt… once I saw that I walked right out because she did not change her gloves at all, and just kept going with the order. Manager just stood there looking at the line forming all the way to the door, and did nothing.
