I’ll never purchase anything from this location ever! staff wasn’t friendly when you entered the establishment,made my sandwich sloppily tried to make my sandwich using gloves he’s had on the whole time I was waiting to be served…I had to ask him to change his gloves…the place was a mess it needed a some attention…I guess they were really busy but it’s still no excuse…I WONT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER EVER!!!! folks there are rude…

I was working for subway to be a store manager and the supervisor was making me lie about where I meet and I did and that's not me and I ended in the hospital and the supervisor lie and ghosted me and I even sent him a doctor's note saying I could go back to work and he never said anything.

They are nasty o handwashing I watched an employee run in between his toes and go make a sandwich picking up things off the floor with gloves and continued to make sandwiches. I’d never bring anyone to eat here even if the food was free and I worked her the people are great but the cleanliness is horrible and I wanted I suppose mgrs are upset I quit so I didn’t get my check deposited r left at the storeVegetarian options: Keep up with the guacamole better it get changed daily

I’m went to subway on Lucus Drive to get a sandwich, I was expecting a fresh sandwich, when I went back to work to eat it, the bread was hard and they meat was sour, I also got a bag of chips and they were hard. I don’t recommend this subway if you want fresh food.

Sloppy sandwich “artist”. Frequently have to rearrange my sandwich items when I get home because it is so sloppily made. I asked for salt on my sandwich today and they sprinkle a little bit in the middle of the sandwich. Had to ask that they put salt on the whole sandwich instead. Sandwich “artist” need to be recalibrated or retrained at least monthly. The E Lucas store in Beaumont Tx is handy for me to stop at but they are extremely sloppy.

Subway on Lucas and Eastex!!! Had an online order which was ready on the rack, but didn't include my drink. So I went and stood in line, both techs made eye contact and then ignored me while I obviously had my food just needed my bottled drink. I finally got impatient and told them that I just needed to get a drink and they continued to act like they didn't hear or see me. Even the two people they were helping looked back and said I guess they don't see or hear you. I got my drink out of the cooler and left but not before reporting my experience to corporate. Terrible service will never be back here.

Ordered an online order and got notified that is was ready when I got here they didn’t even start the order so I had to wait in line to order and in total took 1 hour to get food. I only ordered in the app because of the discounts.
