I walk in and the guy comes from the back, turns the water on… DOESNT wash his hands, walks to the counter and rolls his eyes at me and says “ummmm hello?” No greeting no how are you doing, no “welcome to subway” no “how may I take your order” just gives straight attitude immediately , I wanted to walk out but I had to get food for my kids, so I go ahead and try to place my order . I asked him for chicken bacon ranch Italian, he looks at me and says “do you see Italian herbs and cheese back here” and I just turn around and walk out, it toook everything in me not to curse him out and knock those shelves over , I went ahead and went to subway on phelan by Chase bank and they gave THE BEST service , it was refreshing and I will be leaving them a 5 star review … this guy was disgusting and needs to be fired immediately .

The girl making orders was sweet but her helper , the guy, wouldnt stop stocking chips and letting that poor server make, ring up and take care of customers by herself.

First time at this location and never again. We ordered online. Went to go pick it up and sat upfront for 10 mins waiting for any service. My fiance called the store to get their attention and both the male and female workers walked out the back. So an order that was supposed to be done hadn't even been started. So after an additional 20mins our order was finally ready. We got back to the house to find that the order was wrong and uncut. Everything was just messed up. Genuinely I hope this subway can get their workers under control and actually get them to do what they need to do since its THEIR JOB.

Employees were very rude to us and refused to give us our money back after they let another customer walk out with my special needs daughter tuna flatbread sandwich and called me a bunch of cuss words. And Refused at first to make us another sandwich and we hadnt even walked out of the store very displeased and very insulted and they both stood their like they didn't care I will never go to this subway again and I will voice how I was treated I would appreciate if something was done in this matter Thank you

I placed an order via Uber Eats and the staff totally failed to ensure that the order was correct. before it was picked up. Wrong sandwich, no chips and nondrinks.Assume they hire people that can not read.

This place never has any ingredients. Today they only had two kinds of bread, no chicken, and the drink machine was shooting out clear liquid for soda. Yesterday they had no tomatoes at all. I won’t be going back here again.

Went to get meatball sub at the Subway by HEB on dowlen. Two employees in there eating. Had to wait only to be told no meatballs to make subs. Most of the veggies was emp ty. Place a mess. Left to go somewhere where they actually cared.
