No sense of urgency, not fast food. Ordered online to be ready when I got there in a rush. Order placed at 845p currently 915p and still not ready and restaurant not even busy, worst speed of service ever. Poor management, told me it would be ready when its ready.

I went to order inside at the establishment and not one person acknowledged me while I was standing at the counter. The entire inside was filthy and there were numerous customers sitting around like they had been there forever. One gentleman said you’re better off going thru the drive thru. I tried that and when I went to pay I gave them a voucher that was given to me by the manager the last time I was there as an apology for the poor service . The staff acted like they didn’t know what the voucher was. What’s the point of getting a voucher if you can’t use it? As bad as the service is at that place, you would think they knew what the voucher was. I’m sure the manager has to hand them out frequently because not one person in that building seemed like they wanted to do their job of helping customers.
If you think about getting Mexican food quickly, don’t go here. You can literally sit down at a local restaurant, be helped, and eat faster than going into this place to eat.

Order mini chulupas and did not recieve in the box, got sour cream and cheese on items I said no too, service was rushed and done incorrectly, received a drink with no straw and to top it off no SAUCE, worst service ever at Taco Bell

Every one of the sodas was flat the taco shells wash stale i ordered 3 taco surprimes didn't get any tomatoes and the food was cold...don't worry taco bell i want be back.the area where the soda is.its filty .

The place was quiet and not busy at all. The food was served quickly and hot. The employees were friendly, but they were all over the place walking and talking, going in and out of the building to there cars.
maked us use the self-service machine to order, keeps the bathroom door locked, ignored my the employees, and had to ask for my drinks when they gave me my order.
I asked for black beans instead of refried beans + jalapeños on the loaded beef nachos.. for some reason I only got black beans, cheese, and nachos on the LOADED BEEF nachos. Don’t know how this even happens. By far one of the most disappointing visits. It’s painful paying extra and receiving far less. Would not recommend. At least the spicy potato tacos were ok.

Drive thru cashier Tyra J was very rude, rushed us while ordering, shut the window on the driver after he answered if we wanted sauce, we did and didn't get any. The steak quesadilla only had cheese sauce on one piece of the quesadilla. The Nacho Supreme BOX didn't even have chips.

I love Taco Bell. I usually get Barritos. They definitely make the best of any Taco Bell in Southeast Texas. The barritos are full and folded perfectly everytime. No dripping. No Mess. Much appreciated!
Vegetarian options: You can build your own by adding and removing possible ingredients.
