Food was hot and tasty. Forgot my receipt and had to go in the next day to get it. The woman with the awesome golden glitter Santa hat helped me out. I didnt catch her name but she was able to pull that so I could get reimbursement. Pretty happy with this location.

Food took forever....manager was rude, im sure she was flustered because it was busy....but you still need to have some sense of common courtesy and good customer service in a hectic environment. I worked in customer service for many years so I get the stress it brings. Still no reason to have an attitude.

Every time I come to this location it’s a 15-20 min wait in the drive through, I wish I were exaggerating. Then the person working drive through talks to you like you’re a burden on their day. Going in and ordering is always just the opposite, fast and friendly, so I don’t understand the disconnect with service there.

Late Sunday night, I ordered a crunchwrap. There is a Karen yelling at the staff for black beans. Holding up the line, calling customer service, asking for manager, making life hard.

Despite the chaos, I still get my crunchwrap. It is still a very good crunchwrap. The dude that made my crunchwrap is the MVP. Thank you kind sir!
