Omg I wish I found this place sooner. We stayed over the weekend and were a bit skeptical of this location and drove by couple times choosing other places. Some friends recommended this place once again when we drove by were a bit scared because it’s not a very nice area and there were some homeless walking around, we almost took off to go home but decided to stop by. I’m so glad we did because they ended up being the best food I had this weekend wishing I had this all 4 days....
Me and my wife go here often and our favorite dish are the quesidillas. Homemade tortillas, full of meat and flavor, and it's out and ready speedily. We never waited more than 10 mins. We love it there.
While I was in Texas, I wanted to find authentic Mexican food. I am not a fan of Tex-Mex. I got the shrimp cocktail and avocado and cheese tacos with nopales. The food was good, but unfortunately, fries come in those kinds of tacos. Everything but the fries was good. Even more so, they had a crystallized pumpkin candy that was very tasty. I would go back again and make sure I asked to get my tacos without fries.
