The brisket was on the dry side not much smoke flavor was good enough to eat. I think they cold smoke it center was pink like pastrami. The ribs were better than the Brisket good amount of seasoning and the smoke flavor was more pronounced I enjoyed them a lot more. The sausage was pretty good and wasn't overcooked. BBQ sauce made the food taste better, it had a good smoked flavor that seemed like from meat juices. Pinto beans were very good and the corn was very different...
Late lunch around two PM. Three meat, brisket ribs, chicken. Loaded potatoes coleslaw baked beans two drinks. $26. Service was good. Bbq was good. AC was cold. Nice place. Try Tony's.
Had the brisket plate and the brisket was outrages bro! Nicely smoked with no hint of the excelerent that was used to start the cooking process. Fat was trimmed off,which is a big plus for me, and the meat was juicy but not to soft. Burnt ends with a nice portion that came with a great price! Homemade sides to go with!
