They have best turkey around. The dirty rice is done in the just right cajun fashion. I tecooment you try the potato casserole with bacon, cheese and sour cream. The brisket is good, but the turkey and ribs are better.
I usually just get a couple things from here and for that reason I’m leaving more than one star. This particular day I got a brisket sandwich. This poor lil thing was emaciated. The meat was dry, the bun was either soggy or sunburnt- I’m not sure which, and my side of fried okra tangibly FELT and tasted like it had been either microwaved or sitting under a heat lamp for waaay too long, then had nerve to throw in the crusty bottom bits that don’t even have any okra in it....
I ordered ribs which is a rare and special meal. They were dry as a bone. Very disappointed as I look forward to that but don't eat them very often because they're so fattening. My husband did love his beef brisket and lynx. I just would think a barbecue place would really have fantastic ribs. Also, the cashier charged us for four so it is we had our daughter and grandson with us. She never asked us if we were having soda which my husband and myself just had water. Wasn't...
