I went to this restaurant and was sat in a section that was closed. Nobody bothered to tell my group for 20 minutes. We were moved across the restaurant and ignored for another 10 minutes before somebody finally came to take our order. We placed it and waited another 10 minutes before we were informed that they were out of the food we wanted. The restaurant was FULLY staffed and not busy at all. A bunch of servers were sitting at a table in the back talking instead of helping us out. If they didn’t want to serve us at 10pm (which they close as 12am) then they should’ve just told us that vs wasting 45 minutes of our time. I will never be coming back to this restaurant again.

Got seated, waited on a server for 20 minutes, then was told to move across the restaurant only to wait 10 more minutes for a server.After ordering (finally) they came back only to not have what one of was there to eat.We just left. So if you wanna sit and wait then this is the place.

I have multiple food allergies that can de nerve wracking trying to eat somewhere new. We were staying at the hotel next to this restaurant, and I was tired from being on the road most of the day. I called over and spoke with a manager to see if they would be able to accommodate my many allergies. And I was presently surprised to find out I would have a variety of options, this is rare for me.So we walked over to the restaurant a few hours later. The manager I spoke to on the phone told me to let my waitress know that I needed to talk to him to order. Well Adriana, the manager, was delighted to help prepare me a meal that I wanted and double and triple checked ingredients to make sure it would be safe.My meal was really yummy and safe! And my partners meal looked and smelled amazing even if I couldn't eat it.We had the fried mozzarella balls to start, and then I had the chicken & shrimp combo with broccoli. My partner had the meatball parmesan sub with fries.My allergies all fall outside the top 9. They are corn, coconut, honey, tomato, onion, mint, ginger, and cinnamon.Our waitress was attentive as well.Dietary restrictions: Very good about handling food allergies.
